I love the food at this new India's Kitchen 3. A friend that lives in the vicinity saw their "now open" banner a couple of days after they opened shop and invited me to join him them for dinner. We stopped by on a Friday evening. Everything we ordered was great. I recognized the cook from the Yak and Yeti on Havana. So if you like the Y&Y, you will love the food here. I ordered take out twice after my first visit. The food was spot on each time. I called them last weekend to place another take out order, but no one picked up. Then I noticed the temporary closed notice on Yelp. Hope they reopen soon. read more

After my previous review, Ashok, the manager, touched base with me and generously offered me a gift certificate to make things right. I went with my mother on Mother's Day for lunch. They had a special buffet setup for the holiday. So this review will primary cover that. I appreciated naan being out on the buffet display, though they were being replenished at a rather slow rate. The chicken dishes (I recall chicken tikka masala, biryani, and another curry) were mediocre at best. The goat curry was superb and made up for any non-veg shortcomings, so I won't dock any points on the food. My mother and I were rather disappointed with the dessert selection - there were no gulab jamuns or rassagullas (essentially some desserts I'd considered holiday-worthy). Instead there were banana fritters and kheer. So onto the service, since that was the major shortcoming mentioned in my previous review. While some things were relatively the same as last time (ambivalent staff and servers), Aadarsh was exceptional and prevented this review from going south. He was cordial, attentive, and had a keen sense of how to keep things moving and satisfy patrons. If I ever come back to India Kitchen, it'd definitely be because of him and his awesome service! read more

Oh my gosh this place is so good! Staff is very friendly. Probably the best naan I've ever had, especially the cheese naan. The flavor and spice has been perfect in every dish I've tried. The prices on entrees, particularly the vegetarian options, are really reasonable as well. read more

My mother and I came here for the Valentine's Day lunch buffet. I was very impressed with the varied selection and freshness of the food. Everything was delicious and exactly what I was craving. The tandoori chicken was perfectly tender and the chicken pieces in the garam masala was generous! Try their hot sauce-it's legit spicy! The lobby is spacious and comfortable. We sat at a booth near the windows. They also have a full bar, and they brew their chai tea in house, which was delicious. I think the lunch buffet was $11 or $12... so not too shabby! The Korma was creamy goodness, lamb Curry had so much meat, perfect naan, and great chicken curry. Only downsides, not as spicy as I like overall, but there was a side of hot sauce. Delish! Went to the lunch buffet. The interior is very modern, I believe it used to be another restaurant but no matter, it's the food that counts....and this one counts tremendously. Sometimes the flavors at some Indian restaurants can taste the same, mainly I think, because I am sure flavors are a little changed due to American palates. What I found were unique flavors among all dishes. The Chicken Tikka Masala was the best I have had in a while. I know that Masala is made with tomatoes and onions, but this sauce was more flavorful....I couldn't put my finger on it but it stood out from the other places I have been to. The Chicken Curry was also such a burst of flavor and the hint of ginger made it so. I will definitely be back for more. read more

Went and had the lunch buffet with the husband. We arrived a little before noon. They had a variety of options including: chicken tikka masala, meatball masala, saag paneer, tandoori chicken, chicken curry, veggie korma, and of course naan. The naan was actually empty when we first arrived but they refilled it within 5 minutes of our arrival--our waitress told us as soon as it was placed in the buffet. They had a limited fruit and salad bar, which also housed a variety of sauces. The mango chutney was GREAT! The buffet is typically $11.99 but Yelp has a check-in coupon for $5.99. Oh no! I keep giving this restaurant opportunities but they continue to mess up my order! Tonight, for example, they didn't include a dish I ordered and paid for in my take out order. In addition, they included meat samosas when I requested vegetarian. So, I was so mad when I ate meat as a vegetarian tonight!!! Ugh, their quality control is terrible. We were disappointed by this place. Both the service and food were sub-par without any redeemable factors. We are vegan and although the menu mentions vegan on a few things, the server did not seem very knowledgeable at all. The dal tadka was bland and not well-spiced (not sure if it's because we ordered mild?). We had bhindi masala, the okra itself was woody/stringy and should not have been served in that condition. Chana masala was ok, but the smoky flavor was off-putting to me but out of the three main dishes we ordered I guess it was the best. We also ordered vegetable pakora which was not marked vegan but when we asked the server, she insisted it was from chickpea flour and no milk/eggs. We will not be revisiting or recommending this place to others. With the abundance of Nepalese/Indian restaurants nearby, we will choose Yak & Yeti or Masalaa over this place. read more

We tried out the lunch buffet on a Sunday afternoon. At around 1pm, the place was nearly empty. They have a huge bar and big screens playing sporting games. The ambiance was fine, but we found that there were only a few selections on the buffet trays. The few items on there -- chicken masala, pakoras, etc. -- were not very flavorful. I believe the cooks expect you to flavor your own to taste, but I like my Indian food already properly spiced. I don't go to an Indian restaurant to put hot sauce in my masala. I LOVE this place!!! They have an all you can eat buffet for about $12 from 11:30-2:30 that has the basics for Indian food. It's all I get when I come in. I usually have to be in and out due to work so it's nice to just go straight from walking in and getting a table to eating your lunch. You can be in and out in as little as a half hour!! read more

I've just found this place. Love it. The food quality is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the buffet is excellent. I had ordered ahead takeout, and while I was waiting for my order to be brought up front, I checked out the buffet -- I was thrilled to see Chicken Tikka Masala as one of the buffet dishes, and when I asked, was told it is a regular staple on the buffet, not just a rare occurrence. I'll definitely be coming back here for lunch buffets in the future! I had ordered Chicken Tikka Masala (medium spicy, which IMHO they nailed the medium spice level--had a good kick); it came with a generous helping of rice. The service is prompt and courteous, the food is spectacular, and the prices are just right. We stopped by for an early dinner after an athletic event. We were hungry and enjoyed appetizers and entrees and even a dessert as our food was so spicy the waitress brought us a sweet to tame the fire! My daughter and I asked for "a little bit of spice" and we got more than we expected. It was HOT! The waitress also gave us some yogurt sauce which helped. I would go with "not spicy" when you order and then add if needed. My husband asked for HOT and he got it and loved it! Not a pretentious restaurant, and already seems a little dated for having been opened in 2017. Full bar, had a good Sour Apple Martini and husband had a spicy Margarita and then an Indian Beer. Only one waitress working there and not busy for the 5-7 pm hour on a Sunday night. The Naan bread was delicious and we enjoyed our time there and plan to go back for another visit! 4 stars for it being a bit dated and also because the first thing I saw when we walked in was the wilted salad items and the condiments left in the buffet, probably from lunch. We ordered the Sag Paneer, Lamb Vindaloo, Vegetable Samosas, and Naan. All were exceptional and I can honestly say this is the best Samosa in town. Flaky and perfectly crisp, you cannot go wrong. The food would have warranted a 4 star but the service wasn't very attentive. We did enter at about 1:15 but it was my understanding that the lunch buffet was until 2:30. They had run out of many items, including the nan. They finally did get a basket of nan for our table. Before we sat down, the server asked if we wanted anything to drink, which we said we take water thinking someone would come back and see if we wanted anything else.
