Used Indianapolis Concrete in 2024 for huge project. Back stamped patio/sidewalk left with black circles every few feet from incorrect stamping installation. Front driveway and sidewalk covered in a bad sealant. The driveway looked so bad they agreed to re-do only the driveway after months of dispute. (However refused to re-do connecting sidewalk). Now we are left with concrete that does not match. This is not slander, just real images of the final product we received. If this wouldn't bother you, give them a call. read more

I used them for a 15'x21' stamped concrete patio. I would not recommend them. Tim is the gentleman who will give you the quote and he was decent to work with. The first time the crew came they pour was pretty bad and they were instructed to redo it. The second try was better but they ran out of one stain 1/3 of the way through and used a different stain. Also their pictures online are misleading. They don't clean up the seams between the stamps, so it doesn't looks good. Nor do they make sure the stamps actually take and the grooves are a suitable depth. So most of the groves are super shallow. The aesthetic for the second pour is better but frustrating because it's a premium to stamp it and the work is a C-. The sealant has a lot of bubbles that are pealing. For more general comments, they don't seal up the door so the concrete dust will get inside your house and the water from the power washing will get inside your garage. I spent over 13hrs cleaning up the dust from the house and cleaning out garage after they sprayed water and sandy grit inside it. The water and sand ruined food and it meant my new washer and dryer sat in water for several days until I got home to clean it up. I brought all of this up to them before posting and they offered to pay for the food but not the full damage. Also the crew threw trash in the gravel during construction, which damages the concrete long term, and they left their snack and lunch trash in my yard both times and left nails in the yard afterwards. I have a dog and I didn't appreciate that. They left concrete on my driveway too. read more

Beware of this company. Contracted them to replace my front porch and stairs. The team they sent did an awful job. Stairs were not square, lines not straight, sloppy work concrete ran down and covered my brick facing, and didn't used felt to separate concrete from house, Had to tear it out completely and redo entire project. Then had warranty issues 6 months later and it took them 5 additional months to tell me warranty doesn't cover problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

We had a 14x16 patio installed and we like it. The communication between us and the company was good from the quote day, to the installation day. The staff in the office was professional, and the guys that came to our home were professional as well. I can't give 5 starts for a few reasons. 1. The wait time from the day we put down our deposit, until it was completed was about a month which I thought was already a little long. Once our scheduled date finally arrived, they called us that morning and had to reschedule for two days later because 5 guys didn't show up for work that day. That was a little disappointing when our hopes were up for the day we were told. 2. They did a good job, but weren't the neatest. There was a lot of dirt dug up and still left around the concrete and there were splatters of cement on our patio glass. And I found a few flaws within the patio, but nothing furniture won't cover up. 3. Lastly, they are a little on the pricier side for just a basic concrete slab. Overall, I'd recommend them because they were professional and easy to work with. read more

We had work done by Cutting Edge and they did a great job. We wanted a paver/sidewalk from our deck to our driveway on a hill and they suggested doing a stone tile stairway instead. I didn't even think of that and neither did any of the other contractors that we got estimates from. We did their design and a wall in the front yard and it came out great. Their workers were friendly and hardworking in the extreme heat (it was done in July). It was done on time. I would recommend this company for outdoor work. They were not cheap but you get what you pay for. read more

Regina D from Fishers...you are lucky you read the contract well and didn't sign it or hire this company. I also had a very nice salesman give me a quote. He was definitely top notch and tried to help me with our bad experience and bad results with our driveway afterwards. This person no longer is with this comp and I see why. The owner was very brash and would not help with our dissatisfaction at all. The driveway was breaking apart with holes in main driveway and on edges after only 8 months and one winter. The sealant that was sprayed on for protection had very large areas that were missed completely. Now there are several long cracks in 3 areas about 5 ft long each. Highly recommend. I first contacted IC via email in early April 2018 and Janet Hoffman at their office immediately got back to me. She confirmed appointment that same day for only 2 days later and the project manager Josh McCarty arrived promptly for the consultation of my property/project. He was very courteous and professional. I explained that I was closing on my home at the end of the month and if there was any way to get project completed for the new owners before I moved. Even though they were about 3 weeks out Josh said he would see what he could do. They sure came through for me! The project was completed the last week I was at the house and the new concrete sidewalk was done beautifully. Phil Hodges provided initial estimate. He arrived as scheduled and was thorough in providing (and explaining) all options. After accepting the estimate, Rob Kaylor contacted us to go over details of the contract. We needed flexible scheduling as we were having a tree removed and wanted that done prior to replacing the driveway. Rob was very accommodating with our schedule and after giving them the green light, work began in one week. Day of, the crew and Rob showed up right on time and project was completed same day. Workers did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and if it weren't just for the pretty new concrete, you would never know there'd been a ton of people working all day. I've never Yelped before, but I HAD to this time! BEWARE. A very nice salesman gave me a quote to replace my a concrete walk. The price was reasonable. All seemed well. But, I read the small print in the contract before signing. There was a sentence that said if I make any derogatory statement, I ADMIT IT IS SLANDER. Are they KIDDING??? No wonder there are no other reviews! When I asked them to remove that one line from the contract, I got an email from the owner saying that because I wanted to change that sentence they declined to do the work. I moved on to another company. But, IT HAS TO MAKE YOU WONDER when they are THAT afraid of a negative review that they turned down thousands of dollars of work. --- Like I said, BEWARE!
