Went in today, and they are refusing to honor it because they want proof of purchase for a Christmas present from a few years ago. so my mother in law who purchased the gift is now out the $100 and the business just gets to keep free money. The store opened in August 2025 replacing the Old Town Pottery store in the same location. And describing the store, I would say it's on par with the Costco business center on OBT only without the food. The footprint of the store is massive. We interacted with three associates during our visit and each was nice and outgoing offering assistance. Stan F. assisted us at checkout and was really pleasant and professional.
