We started with the vegetarian appetizer platter. One of the first things I noticed is how cheap their menu is. It is less surprising when you see the portion sizes. Everything was good, especially the samosa, other than the "ball-like" things that were too oniony for me. Two of my dining partners ordered the lentil soup which I was able to sample, and it was very good. We tried a few different things to share including a bunch of their vegetarian curries including saag, the lentil one whose name escapes me at the moment, and a chickpea one with tofu. We also ordered vegetable biryani. If you can believe it, I somehow forgot to order naan. I don't know if it's just because I have really excellent Indian food in places where I live and have lived or I am just accustomed to a different palate or flavors but I did not like the biryani, it was almost sweet.
