One of the dishes was a chicken korma and it would have been much improved had it been a chicken tikka korma. The service here is always courteous but it took a very long time from placing the order to being served the food. It was a Saturday night and it was very busy. The waiter had suggested we come back at 7:30pm having put in the order at 7pm. This we did, but we still waited until near 8pm to receive our food, with several gracious (and graciously accepted) apologies and courtesy as we waited.

I also ordered a toffee latte and I was told they had no coffee or even any drinks. This of which doesn't seem to meet customer service standards in my eyes. I hope that this does not happen to me in the future as it is unacceptable especially for being such a highly recommended fast food restaurant chain and to me this makes the whole chain of restaurants look bad.
