Definitely a distinct taste. The Pani Puri sauce was cold and you had to eat it quick as the shell melted in your mouth. The dry chili shrimp was a bit spice, but very well flavoured. The basmati rice is also very well made. Firm and easy to eat. All the curries were very distinctly seasoned, each bringing a slightly different flavour to the table. Well proactive communication would have been helpful. People can modify their orders if they're informed of the situation. Anyway we got our food after 40 or 45 mins just to be served with slightly raw rice. The daal proportion was so little compared to the rice. We were so exhausted that we didn't want to inform about the rice and wait again. Later when the server specifically asked feedback we shared about the rice. She offered a dessert to make it up.
