I just love dosas, and had been on a hunt for a place in West Seattle for such fare, stumbled upon Taste of Mumbai, and left very satisfied. I really enjoyed their Mysore Masala Dosa. It was just the right amount of spicy, and very filling. Lest you think they only serve dosas, they have a large menu of a variety of Indian foods. You'll definitely find what you like on their menu.
