If you also want to try a lot of their sandwiches, do how I do it and get their half and half so that you can choose two kinds of sandwiches each time for a great price of $16 before tax. As mentioned before, you can even order online and pickup at the store! Keep in mind they tend to run out of the Conscious cookies sometime past 12:30pm if you wanted to get them. Now for the other sandwiches I got to try: - Pulled pork and grilled cheese: very heavy because of the cheese but flavorful because of the tender pulled pork. This one came in really piping hot for some reason when I got it. Also grilled cheese is one of my all-time favorite sandwiches no matter how plain! - Salami: had some peppers and jalapeños to balance the peppery salami throughout this sandwich. The bread used here was harder to chew on yet it had the right aftertaste to complement everything in this sandwich. It's as if the bread had some olive oil or butter on it. - Cuban: all in a hoagie bun and full of tender flavor from the pulled pork. Pickles added a nice kick. - Philly: has the ingredients of a Philly cheesesteak while feeling like a mild version of it. Bell peppers and onions stood out to me for giving the roasted beef some more oomph.

Highly recommend the three dip (current seasons is beet and it's my fav) with the flat bread. The flat bread comes out steaming. Trumpet mushroom is Smokey and juicy. I organized a reunion for our group, the first time we'd all been together in over 10 years. We've…read moreall been through life experiences none of us expected, so this dinner meant a lot. I arrived 20 minutes before opening and was first in line. One friend joined me 10 minutes later. At 5pm it was just the two of us, so I asked for a table for 4 and explained that I'd happily order food and drinks for everyone immediately, even though the rest of the group was still fighting the weekday traffic. The hostess refused, so we stepped aside. 2 minutes later our 3rd friend arrived. I asked the group behind us if they minded us getting back in line. They laughed and said it was no problem because they had just had their 3rd person arrive as well. When I got back in line, the hostess deliberately skipped over me and called the next group instead. After seating them, I stopped her and asked for a table for 3. She asked if it would "really" be just 3. At that point I honestly didn't know. Our 4th friend was driving from Everett and had texted that she was stuck in standstill traffic. I said yes, seat the 3 of us. The hostess told us to wait while she seated yet another group, taking the last indoor table. We were then placed outside on a hot day. Despite how the evening started, I did exactly what I'd said I would. We ordered dinner for the entire group, including 2 bottles of wine to avoid inconveniencing them with making drinks. Then, incredibly, the hostess came back to our table and removed the 4th chair to make absolutely sure our last friend couldn't join us if she arrived. It felt petty, unnecessary, and frankly embarrassing. What should have been a joyful reunion became a stressful experience because of one person's rigid and unwelcoming attitude. The food was equally inconsistent. The labneh was extremely sour and came with cold, slightly stale pita. The squid & lamb were overly salty. The kohlrabi with peaches was so aggressively smoky that we left almost the entire dish untouched. The mushrooms were fine. The grilled pork was excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. The cod was just okay, and the desserts were average. We spent ~$500 for the meal. People don't spend this kind of money just for the food. The price reflects the entire experience, and that's where this restaurant failed. The service felt cold, impersonal, and overly focused on rules instead of hospitality. Rather than making guests feel welcome, the hostess made us feel like a problem she had to manage. I've had warmer, friendlier service at fast food restaurants. I won't be returning, and I took the time to write this review because no meal, especially one marking such a meaningful reunion, should be overshadowed by such an unnecessarily unpleasant welcome.

I'm actually not a bagel guy, nor do I ever think about them when it comes to grabbing a quick bite somewhere but this was a perfect opportunity to try it again. There was an assortment of bagels, and I got half of an everything bagel and - the one that several of my coworkers highly recommended - the rosemary bagel. Both go well with cream cheese. - The everything bagel was pretty standard; I could taste the garlic and sesame seeds throughout. Garlic was quite powerful on this one though, and I almost thought of garlic bread until I remembered bagels are harder to chew on. - My favorite was the rosemary bagel, just like my coworkers. I could taste the herbs clearly on this one; it was aromatic yet a little bitter. It was balanced with the saltiness already present on the bagel. Since I didn't go to their physical location - which looks like quite a walk from Georgetown - I have yet to see the inside of this place. Having some of their bagels makes me wanna go check it out someday!

I just ordered a half dozen of bagels this time but would like to sit a bit next time. Cute place in the neighborhood. Got them home and they were crusty with a good chew. Will be back again next time I'm in Georgetown or Beacon Hill.

BUT THE FOOD!!!! started out with a cinnamon roll to share. sweet Jesus, that was tasty. I had the southern breakfast, the tofu was a little salty for me but otherwise everything was absolute perfection. the vegan rosemary biscuits & gravy are DIVINE. golden milk was also super tasty. small parking lot, which helps in this 'hood

Most veg spots use fake meat but not here. They take advantages of fresh vegetables, spices and cooking techniques. The menu's descriptions are hard to imagine and simple. But don't let that fool you. Every time a dish comes out, my mind is blown because I could never imagine this is what it was going to look like. Now the service. Probably the best service in Seattle. Everyone is genuinely happy to be there. This says a lot and it makes me believe -- I hope -- they're treated well. The ambiance is beautiful. I've only sat indoors and in the garden area. They have a backyard that id like to try one day. Brunch, lunch or dinner -- this is the spot. Bring friends. Share plates. And they have the most insane NON-ALCHOL aperol drink.

This could easily be my 2nd or 3rd top choice! It was delicious and the rye wasn't too overpowering. The cheez wasn't melted like some, an I might now actually prefer that. I also got a pour of the Belgian Blonde from Old Stove and the Passionfruit & Lime Sour from Pampered House Cat. Highly recommend the second - very tasty and tart. The former was a solid ale. If I visit Seattle again, this will definitely be on my list. While you're in Georgetown, meander around the other shops and makers marts in the area!

So I was really interested to try it. The setting is what I would consider kind of rock-'n'-roll dive bar, but nicer. They were playing what seemed like punk music on the sound system which was fun to hear. I placed my order and paid for it at the bar. I was surprised at how good the Reuben tasted. There was not a strong taste of pastrami, but the sauerkraut, dressing, and bread made up for it. I would not have guessed it was vegan. There was root beer on tap that was really good as well. I would definitely come back to try other menu items.
