We stopped in here after having had dinner nearby. This grocery store has more than just food -- almost everything you'd need for your home to prepare a meal including pots and pans. And some scent (incense) for you as well. We were welcomed on entering. My husband even got to sample a taste of fresh squeezed sugar cane juice with ginger and lime. He thought it was a good combo. We walked up and down the aisles browsing their inventory. We didn't buy anything, but our friends got some cardamom tea, and a few spices, plus a couple curries to try. I love exploring another culture's stores like this, as you get an idea of what they would buy. And it gave me a few ideas of some future meals to cook at home. Great selection. Prices are amazing. I got all of this and 2 ice creams for $22! I thought it'd be over $50. Store is clean and stocked and staffed. I've never had kulfi ice cream and it was amazing!!! So creamy! I got almond. Will definitely be back here. read more

Great Indian grocery store! Has a wonderful selection of items and prices are generally reasonable. Went yesterday and they had samosas for sale as well and they are DELICIOUS. I wish I didn't live 45 min away or else I'd be getting those samosas very regularly... Can't wait to go back! read more

Dhol, dholki, dolke, etc. They mean the same thing, it's in reference to Indian drums which you play at wedding celebrations in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. I was throwing a friend a dholki party right before her wedding so I needed to buy one right away. Now Amazon is great but there was not a option to get it so soon. Then I did my research and found out this place rented it. So if your throwing a party, and need a dhol, this might be the only store in palm beach county that rents it. To rent it for 24 hours, you need to also give a deposit check and then later they will give you, your check back. This store is also an Indian grocery store so I ended up buying a few fresh vegetables, spices etc since I was cooking for that party. I liked the aisles with the listed things in each aisle. Overall a fully stocked up Indian store with many good things to buy for Indian/Paki/ Bangladeshi cuisine.~ read more

Love this place....Its somewhere you go to find things you wouldn't normally find at your regular grocery store. (especially if you're Indian, (i'm not) and want to find things that you would probably eat at home (in India). They get most things imported and the people that run the store are super friendly. They offer a plethora of spices and seasonings (curry mixes, hot spices, etc) Its also a place to pick up fresh meat and fresh produce. They sell minced lamb, (perfect for making lamb chili) goat, chicken, soy products and a lot more! Anyways, sometimes Publix doesn't have the minced lamb so we come here to get it. Things that the BF and I get from this store on a regular basis: Basmati Rice Meats Honey Cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, peppercorns (all fresh) Spices (Tumeric, Coriander, Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin) Cadburry chocolate treats Naan Bread Mango Ice cream sticks Samosas (they also have them in Phyllo dough, which is a healthier version) LOVE this place..very authentic..check it out if you're looking for a specialty store. read more

We are new here from CA and we got a bag of rice the other day, the outer bag was sealed but the plastic inside was not. I took it back to ask about it and the tall guy helping us was super professional and friendly. He did not ask for a receipt and was willing to open another one just to show me the factory packaging is like that. Eventually I went with a different one and he gracefully gave me back the difference and took care of the issue the best way possible. read more

The friendly staff are incredibly helpful. I wanted halal mutton for a recipe. They had lamb, and also explained that in India goat was also called mutton. I decided to try the goat. A Korma.spice packet was recommended. I was given an awesome recipe that 3 hours later had the most delicious curry I have ever made, with tender tasty meat in a rich gravy. The fresh produce is great too. The range of spices is huge. I also purchased fenugreek seeds, for another recipe. By this time I was really hungry, so I bought some hot food to go, which was so tantalizing I ate it before I left the parking lot! read more

Great market and friendly staff. Every kind of Indian spice, ingredient, packaged meal or snack you could think of.They also sell the most delicious fresh samosas at the register. My only regret is that I didn't buy more of them. For your spiritual side, they sell a variety of different statues, items and incense. My favorite items were the spices. We are shopping at the India bazaar almost 21 years. They have almost every item you want or need for your monthly grocery list. Best quality Organic spices, verity of different kind of rice, traditional Indian sweets. Fresh vegetables, frozen Indian cuisine foods, pratas, flour rotis . Tea . Fresh Halal meats( chicken, beef, goat) Fresh frozen fish, different kinds of beans, etc, these items are always in my favorite grocery list. I really like their customer service and products. In 21 years shopping experience ! I never received anything bad or unsatisfying products.They become like a family. The owner Narayan uncle and Vishal is always very nice, kind and knowledgeable , know how to run a successful business. Treat each of his customers with respect .Price wise everything is reasonably priced compared with the other places. We always spend $200/250 biweekly at the India bazaar based on my family needs.
