For reference, here's just a small slice of what I regularly pick up from International Foods and Spices because I cook way too much pho, jerk chicken, lemongrass beef, and al pastor: Allspice Clove Cumin Annatto/Achiote Cinnamon (both cassia and regular) Coriander Various peppercorns Anise Star Anise Bay leaf Garam masala whole spice mix (and preground) Fenugreek (methi) Dried peppers Kashmiri chili powder ... and much much more! That's not even counting the staples like tahini, ghee, and various nuts, grains, dried beans, and other things. The only thing I'd say I wish they had more of was a better fresh herb selection. One quarter to half of the flavor in my cooking comes from fresh herbs, and if they had thai basil, mint, and other things like that regularly, it'd truly be a one stop shop for flavor. My only issue with this store is that they are VERY LAX ON PRICE DISPLAY. I know I'm shouting, maybe Gigante will hear me (this listing is unclaimed). Happily the cashiers are friendly and help scan things, but this is a pain....just about half of my items last time had NO PRICE labels on item or the shelf!
