I waited over two weeks and reached back out to AHS who 'recalled' the appointment after three times of connecting with them. They said the vendor had yet to pick up the ticket and they haven't been able to get in contact with him. It's now been over three weeks, with a bs run around from AHS saying this company has to complete the work and another contractor can't be assigned. I don't know if this contractor is in jail or something, but either way...do not use this company. Absolutely ridiculous.
