All was OK when I deposited money from Zelle, but when I put money into it from a deposit check from a rental via my mobile app, they froze my account. They held my deposit for almost a month and a half, then they would not let me withdraw it in the branch, even though it had cleared. My only recourse was to get my money back by shutting down my account. They could not give me any reason why other than the fact that I had used Zelle(who doesn't these days) and mobile deposit. I had never had any issues with my account nor had I ever fallen below my initial deposit. They held onto my money for close to 2 1/2 months before I could access it.
