I shouldn't have to have an account to cash checks that are literally written out from independent financial. I've never had any issues with any other teller, it's just Yvonne. Going forward, I will avoid this location just to save myself the 30-45 it takes her to cash one check. I completed a very specific order form with signed dimensioned shop drawings. Product was delivered in October and was made with different dimensions making it impossible to install. I offered manufacturer the cheapest, easiest solution to fix it and when they didn't deliver filed a complaint, including full documentation with Chase. They refunded my money, but now are giving it back to manufacturer, since they were told product was delivered. They completely ignored all of my documentation and no one bothered to call me. Long story short bogus company has my almost $1200 and I have nothing that I can use in return. Bravo chase, hiring offshore customer service employees that have no idea or concern for what customer service entails.
