They took my criticism and feedback as an opportunity to improve. Which they have. + There have been little to no issues surrounding my works business deposits; at least the times I've taken them to the bank. I don't know if our math skills improved or if there's did, but whatever gets the job done! + They escalated the concern about listing a full account number on the back of a mobile deposit and were actually able to get the policy, not only reviewed, but changed! Truncated account numbers on mobile deposits it is! Awesome! + The issues surrounding using debit card pin numbers def seems to have worked it's self out over the past few months. I can't come up with one instance of my card being declined for lack of pin number usage in the past few months. Hooray! Not to mention they have reached out to me with follow up regarding the progress of these issues and other options to limit problems in the future.
