I meant to give them two stars. Not three. That sales rep deserves 1 but I'm hoping the others there are better than he was.

The gentleman of the counter stated that my appointment is not until 10 AM. All was OK because they said they could get me in immediately. An hour after I showed up, they came to me and showed me a possible bill for almost $1300 for everything that my car needed. I stated that I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have to ask if my vehicle is almost done, The gentleman at the counter states that my vehicle should be done soon. After almost 2 hours there, my vehicle is finally done, and I'm ready to leave. I then get in my vehicle and they couldn't even replace the sticker or update my oil life in my vehicle. I went back in and informed them of this. The lady behind the counter (not a technician) comes out after writing the new miles on the sticker, peels the old sticker off and replaces it. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!!! Place looks great. Service doesn't come close. Also, maybe tell the gentleman behind the counter to correct his attitude. I won't be back.

Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet "Nate" when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn't there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I'm busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee's to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional "Family owned" business.

This review is for the "service" that my grandmother received recently at Hawkins Service Center…read moreand the interaction with ther Service Manager, Chris. For the 2nd year in a row, they found an "issue" that apparently HAD to be repaired before passing the annual inspection on her Cruze. Last year, it was a leaky valve cover. $300 later, and they passed the inspection. Part was less than $10 at any online retailer, which makes over 1.5 hours of labor at their $155/hr rate. Highly suspicious. This year, they call her with an $875 bill for a leaking oil filter housing gasket, which they stated had to be completely replaced. This part was between $65-130 online, so... 4 hours of labor? Brah. She has been a faithful Chevrolet owner since the 60's. I remember her bringing home a 1985-ish Chevrolet Celebrity in the worst green color imaginable. that car ran forever. Treating long standing customers with high pressure sales in a repair environment, trying to convince them that there is no alternative is terrible, and on about the same level as those that scam the elderly online and over the phone. I'm glad that I happened to have been home visiting when this happened to send her to an actual reputable garage to get it looked at. Remember that there are other dealers that have the make or model you want, and that can do whatever service you need. Shop around and stay away from these rip-off artists.

They were closed due to the holiday, so we got a hotel and popped over first thing in the morning. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem - a rather involved repair - the very same day, so we could get back on the road. They saved the day!! And to top it off, in the rush to get everyone packed and moving, my wiper fluid was low and I kept forgetting to refill it. I even forgot to ask them for some while I was there. When I picked up my car and drove off, I realized they had filled it for me - free of charge!

***Caution Service Department, Avoid***…read more We have a van that has always been taken care of on normal scheduled visits to BZ in Lewisburg. We live closer to Fairfield so started taking the car there for service. I'm posting reviews for everyone so they don't get ripped off. I will also be filing with the better business bureau and contacting Doge direct. Our van is driven from Danville to Bloom once a day and during the school year and not much during the summer. Here's a breakdown. We had explained that we don't want to dump a bunch of money into the vehicle, but every time we get it fixed, it's a new problem. I feel like they're ripping people off or they don't know what they're doing. 03/28/18. Check engine light. Replaced a bunch of spark plugs, 4 injectors and coil, heater hose assembly. Total cost $1,060.45 04/09/18. Check engine light back on. Charge to hook up to system $39.95. Stated that this is totally separate from previous repair a week prior. 04/17/18. Fuel pump seal and housing leaking. Van needed a new fuel tank assembly. Total cost $1609.85 12/03/18. Check engine light on again, van makes a loud noise over 30mph sometimes. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there for 2 weeks until they could look at it on 12/18/18. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong. 07/25/19 Check engine light. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there while going on vacation. They said the noise from a previous check in December was due to the tires, although the noise went away after they did something to the transmission this repair. They stated the engine light was from the transmission and it needed replacement of trans filter flushing cooler and solenoid range sensor. Total cost $1346.20 08/17/19 Picked the vehicle up from the July repair and the next day 08/18/19, check engine light is back on. 09/19/19. Brought the van back in. They worked on it for 15 minutes and charged us almost $40, even after telling the manager we shouldn't have to pay the $40 and they said it's a separate issue. Now this time they want $2940 for a catalytic converter. Enough is Enough.

So after many months of searching for a new truck and watching so called sales and incentives, I've…read morelearned something about Fairfield. Their website is very deceiving on pricing. Home page has a listing for 34k for a vehicle. You click on the more details and the price goes up over 4.5k. Also over the course of 3 months they advertised many sales but the price never changed. All they did is change the discount name. It was Fairfield discount in Nov, then Employee pricing in Dec, and now again Fairfield discount. The price never changed. When I questioned this when I was there, they disagreed but the website doesn't lie about what they've done with the discount name. They should also tell you upfront that most people will not qualify for the 4.5k in rebates that they use to reduce the price on the home page. When you talk price they try and convince you that 0% interest makes up for the price. That's should have nothing to do with the price of the vehicle wether I pay 0% or 5% tell me the price of the vehicle. Very few people really like buying a new vehicle, but I hate what is deceptive advertising to get people in the door. I bet if I watched this vehicle another couple months the discount name will change but the price will stay realistically the same. Pay attention to the price over time. Don't be enticed by the, "what would you like your payment to be". Also salesman was definitely not very experienced at selling vehicles. Just seemed very nervous not sure of what to say. A day after our visit he sent an awkward misspelled text asking if we were done with his services. Definitely. It just seemed extremely odd. The other area dealers I've been looking at are much more upfront with their pricing. Would definitely compare pricing in the area before I would go with Fairfield.

But not with Autotraxx of Nanticoke Pa. The owner-Mike Coffee is ONE OF THE BEST ever. I can add him to my list of 2 other favorite car dealerships EVER!! He could have sold the car a LONG LONG time ago, but I was saving up for it and he knew how bad I wanted it. I understood it was first come first serve but I think he was kinda not promoting the sale of it. And it was on the lot without a price on it. Lucky for me!!! He waited patiently. As soon as he received the money things started falling in place perfectly. The car was picked up Friday 04/06 & arrived early Saturday morning. The sales process was SEAMLESS---everything flowed smoothly. Mike didn't take me through a sales pitch. The car was MORE than fairly priced. Mike Coffee just HAS to be the best sales guy in his region. He just GOTTA be!! I can tell a lot about a dealership based on who's running it. I would NOT hesitate buying another vehicle from Mike. His website is https://www.autotraxxpa.com. This is where I saw my child in beautifully taken/detailed pictures! Truth in selling---this is one guy that adheres to this and makes it plain n simple about what he's selling. No fluff, no smoke screens, no two way mirrors. Just another car buying experience that I can rate A++++ So if you're looking for a vehicle, check Mike's website first. If you don't find what you like, call him at 570-735-0400 and see if he locate it for you. I seriously believe he hand picks everything he buys and takes it though a rigorous inspection before selling it. Car buying from Mike at Autotraxx---impressive, pleasing & definitely designed to amaze....FABULOUSNESS!!

For starters they had the truck that i wanted and at a fair price. The issues begin with the test drive! As i approached a traffic light and applied the brakes firmly the rear tires skidded to a stop! The front brakes were just not working and the ABS and the CEL came on. The fact that the dealer allowed a customer to take a vehicle out on a test drive without previously driving it and inspecting it is disturbing! And the second issue was trying to get the vehicle inspected after the windshield had been replaced, the horn and the parking brake were not working. Informed dealer of this issue and they did offer to buy the parts for the parking brake but i have not heard or seen those parts. And the third i decided to check the air filter and found a huge rats nest (literally). Which i then contacted the dealer about that and they simply replied "im surprised that we missed that"

I needed tires installed, an alignment, rear brakes & rotors, and an oil change. The New Garage invited me to bring in my car that day so they could take a look and show me exactly what I needed - and didn't need. After doing so, they explained everything to me in great detail, answering my numerous questions, and even spoke to my dad (an auto enthusiast who, even at 39, I respect above everyone on all things car) on the phone. The mechanics fit me in the schedule immediately following delivery of my VW's new shoes from Tire Rack and had the job completed in a matter of hours. These men were kind, reasonably priced (I called around to get multiple quotes), and very accommodating. I appreciated being treated respectfully and fairly & I highly recommend them!!!
