We did not notice this damage in the parking lot because of the way it was parked, we approached it from the rear to get in. We have had the Jeep less than a year so we know every scratch, ding and/or dent or should I say lack of them so when I saw it after getting home I asked my wife what happened and she said she never saw that before and it had to have happened at the garage either by them or in their parking lot before we picked it up. I called as soon as we got home (less than 45 min from picking it up) and they were closed. I left a detailed message with my contact info and no one ever returned my call (almost 2 weeks now). They called me Tuesday said van was ready I picked up on Friday. Chevrolet Cadillac has a lounge area to wait until the service is done with a huge TV. Chairs were rather comfortable and the fix was made well within a half hour.
