I have a small foot and been to many stores already Nobody seems to carry my size I've even been told no one is that size anymore What does that even mean ? And how is that even possible if I am that size and I am very much alive So I went here tonight Sighs in the windy weather say they start at size 4 and go to 16 And all widths So I'm a five, which means they should have my size but nope they did not When I asked why they said we dont make the shoes And not many are that size I said well you don't buy them either You should stock something in every size It's on your window So it should say the sizes you actually have False advertising She basically told me don't buy from me then She said I don't want to sell to you I said I can't as you don't have my size Then a man came out from the back Also nasty I then left the store and will never step a foot or should I say my size 5 feet in there ever again They are not nice They don't have stock

They have a huge selection of brands and sizes. I bought 5 pairs of shoes here in the last year, and although they are pricey, I will buy my next pair here also. You'll also end up wasting about an hour of your time listening to a long sales pitch before you get to the price reveal. If you have insurance, go to your podiatrist have them cast your feet and make custom orthotics for you. Insurance will cover most if not all of the cost. Second alternative is to go to Amazon and order orthotic inserts from Walk Hero for 20 bucks, you can order according to your shoe size so they fit without having to trim them. I wish someone had watned me about this place but now you know.

Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." Easy in and easy out with plenty of parking, My wife went to purchase Naot shoes while in Indianapolis and was told that they had this store in Long Island. It took a while but we finally got here. Not a very large store but filled with all their shoes and styles. They only keep one pair out so the saleswoman would have to check each time we saw a style that we liked. Do they have in stock? Do they have the size you want. It was clearly a lot of work for one but she helped us with a smile. She told us that she wears these shoes and loves them so much that she wanted to work here. Defiantly a good person to represent your product. We plan on going back soon as styles change and stock varies. Thank you to the Team here at Naot for being such a lovely person to work with. Variety of accessories helpful when needed and they also sell gift cards. For DSW members, every purchase counts towards rewards including donating new or slight worn shoes.
