There is a ground level patio, but I did not see any service here so if you can't climb stairs, you probably aren't going to come here. I will say the cheese curds were tasty, but they were fried, so just know that. We all ended up ordering the shrimp skewers because we were leaning towards the healthier side and they were very tasty with all day seasoning and my husband had the Cajun. My biggest complaint is, I asked for a glass of water twice from one server, once from another and ended up, going to the bar to get it myself so super frustrated that that one simple request was not honored. Everything else was fine. It is pretty loud in here for conversation so if you're looking for something a little quieter, you may want to choose elsewhere Total bill was $99 for three orders of shrimp, skewers, cheese, curds, and we each had two drinks each

Definitely worth a stop!

I called them on Thursday for a Saturday night reservation and they were able to accommodate us. I ordered the Salmon entree- it came with dill sauce and a baked potato and I selected vegetable beef soup (the soup of the day). Husband ordered the NY strip with mushrooms and the garlic mashed potatoes and a house salad. You have a piece of corn bread waiting at your place setting when you arrive. They also serve dinner rolls. It's a tremendous amount of food. My daughter ordered the same thing I did except she subbed her potato for broccoli ($3 upcharge) We had a glass of wine as well. Service was quick and efficient, they had two people serving our table. Everyone received their entrées at the same time and all courses were served at once. Was very efficient and friendly. The total was $150 for the three of us before tip.

It took my retiring to finally start dying dining here. It's about a 70 minute ride from Cedar rapids Iowa to this location but we do it over and over and over again. That should tell you something about how good they are. Their service is outstanding. The food is great never had a bad meal. My wife has Alzheimer's and she always enjoys the ride up in the view overlooking the river. I had to ask for tables along the outside to get the best view of the river. It was suggested I might want to make a reservation to be sure I would get one if available. We've eaten various items all over the menu you can't go wrong with anything it's all great. If you haven't tried it you should.

Now, my sister in law complained that it's very loud and echoey- but she had her earplugs and that helped. Service was attentive too. Most of us ordered salads- my husband and I had the chicken chipotle. It was creative and tasty. It's pricey here- $18 for a salad - ouch- but it was for a birthday and she was happy for the celebration.

It's also located inside of an old bank, so we wanted to check this one out. We were seated immediately and received great service. The waitress was new, but already familiar with the menu. She made recommendations and was very attentive. We started with the pretzel and I can't wait for you to see the photo of how huge this thing is! We all three ate some of it, and there was enough for two people left once we were all done. It's massive! For the entree, I had the chicken quesadillas, my husband had the salmon bowl, and my son had the French dip. The food was all very good and if he chooses Dubuque for college, we will definitely be back!
