It's been 3 decades since visiting Niagara Falls. Last time as a child and this time as a father, I had a sense of obligation to bring my children and wife an experience they wouldn't forget! Insomnia hit the morning of our trip and I researched for hours on what to do at the Canadian side. Easy answer, wonder pass and hit all the spots as the thunderstorm was in and out throughout the day. We exhausted all our efforts and ended the day at 7pm. WAZ NEXT??? Dinner time!! Found Inchin's and went directly to it! It's a smell ish shop compared to other inchin's bamboo gardens we have been to throughout California but the restaurant interior was well decorated and waiter ready to please! We are no amateurs when it came to indochinese food as I'm of Chinese descent and my wife and her parents of Indian descent. All of us fresh of the boat 25-30 years ago! This Inchin's might be small but the food and hospitality speaks volumes! Every single dish was spot on and the food came quick. Granted we were the only table on a terrible stormy night midway through severe flood watch, the staff treated us with positivity and enthusiasm. My vegetarian side of the family had the pani puri in shot glasses (phuchka) classic Hakka noodles, kadai paneer, veg biriyani with side of paneer paratha and tandoori rotli. I also enjoy vegetarian food but I couldn't resist getting some wings. The portions are appropriate if not slightly excessive for us Americanized FOBs, and we ordered accordingly as to not have a single left over! Even with years of indochinese AND being fellow Inchin's franchise goer, the pani puri in a shot glass was a great new experience for the whole family! Presentation was top notch, and it gave a new sense of occasion. My wife and I cheered each other like alcoholic shots and felt like teenagers again! These shots were not only stylish, but they were sobering in flavor and crunch! Paneer paratha was unique and tasted like scrambled egg paratha of some sort. It's similar to popular Taiwanese version of scallion pancake with egg! Masala wings where I ordered with specification of less oil came out perfect as did the rest of the meal. As the night went on, we exchanged stories of the past and relatives before heading out into the terribly windy and wet night again. Nothing could have given us a better mental refuge of the outpouring and flashes of lightning than the flood of flavor and hospitality from Little Inchin's on the other side of the Falls. Come in for some mom and pop experience of a lifetime and buckle up for a journey to flavor town. Their payment machine was broken and I couldn't even tip them tonight when I wished to double what was customarily charged for a table of 5+. This review is the least I could do. read more

A plate of 6 shrimp. Mains: Garlic Naan Plain Basmati Rice Chicken Korma (mild) Beverage: Mango Lassi I cannot tolerate a lot of spice and ordered the chicken curry (mild). For me the sauce of the chicken korma was almost too thick and too mild. My partner if did a taste test would not have thought it was a curry dish. Our favourite was the garlic naan and secondly the coconut shrimp. I wanted to try a mango lassi. It was less sweet than I hoped and it had a strong yoghurt flavour. I won't be ordering a mango lassi again. It is a 3 minute walk from the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotels, off Clark Avenue. Often when a restaurant has substantial portion sizes, it's a sign of something wrong. At Inchin's, the excess is a sign of something right; they know how to satiate you, and they do so with the highest quality food. A good indicator on their menu for me was how items are labeled "vegetarian" or "non-vegetarian"; because the vegetarian option is the norm, I knew they could cook vegetables well. It's rare to revisit the same restaurant during a trip, but we made an exception for Inchin's Indian Kitchen at Niagara. Drawn by its impressive ratings and reviews, we dined there for dinner on our first day and returned for lunch the next day. The restaurant is moderately spacious with a welcoming ambiance. When we arrived for dinner, it was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes for a table. They handed us menus in advance, which helped us decide on our orders. To accommodate our group, they combined multiple tables, and the service was exceptional from the very beginning--highly professional and attentive. For dinner, we ordered Afghani Malai Tikka as an appetizer, followed by Pan-Fried Chili Paneer, Hakka Noodles (Shrimp), Chili Garlic Noodles (Chicken), Szechwan Fried Rice (Chicken), and Mughlai Shahi Paneer with Butter Naan. Later, we also ordered Mango Lassis. The Afghani Malai Tikka was served sizzling and tasted delightfully unique compared to other Malai Tikkas we've had. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and flavorful--a real standout. The Indo-Chinese dishes were equally impressive; the Hakka Noodles outshone the Fried Rice with their robust flavors. The Shahi Paneer was creamy and paired perfectly with the soft Butter Naan. We took the Mango Lassis to-go as we headed off to watch the falls at night. Every dish served was thoroughly enjoyable, leaving us delighted with our dining experience. Impressed by dinner, we returned the next day for lunch, this time focusing on their Biryanis. Lunch was less crowded, and we were seated quickly. Our orders included Goat Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Shrimp Biryani, Aloo Kulcha, Butter Naan, and Chicken Tikka Lababdar. Once again, the Biryanis did not disappoint. While they didn't have the South Indian flavors we had in mind, each Biryani stood out with its own distinct taste. The Goat Biryani was the star--exceptionally flavorful and delicious, with well-cooked, tender meat that elevated the dish. The portion sizes were generous, and we had to pack some leftovers. The Aloo Kulcha wasn't the best match for the Chicken Tikka Lababdar, but it paired wonderfully with the Butter Naan. It's rare to find an Indian restaurant that serves food so close to the heart, evoking a sense of home. From the moment we walked into Inchin's Indian Kitchen, we felt that warmth. They were served with two Chutnies, which paired nicely with the samosas. I asked the waitress what she recommended, and she told me to get the Indian Kitchen Changzei if I liked spicy food. I ordered that and it was amazing! It wasn't overly spicy, but spicy enough to get me sweating a little bit. I was so hungry and excited to eat it that I didn't get to image it :( My girlfriend isn't the biggest fan or spicy food, so she ordered the rogani murgh curry (mild) and it turned out amazing! The amazing smells when you walk in will assure you that you have chosen the right spot to have Indian food in Niagara Falls. The service was fantastic. We had starters of samosas, aloo tikki and coconut shrimp. They were all good but we were blown away at the taste of the aloo tikki. Our mains were butter chicken, chicken korma, chicken vindaloo and lamb handi curry. I followed my servers advice and got the vindaloo medium heat and it was amazing. All the dishes were so good. You have to order rice separately though. We also had the garlic naan, bullet naan and lachha paratha naan. Way too much naan for four people and the bullet naan is VERY spicy. Still really good. I want to establish that my reviews are going to be biased towards accessibility issues, as I have a family member who suffers from gross neurological trauma and as a result uses a wheelchair for mobility. They also have limb limitations while in the chair. We visited at 5:30 pm on a weekday, and it appeared to be three quarters full. We were seated right away, and the host removed a chair from a table so a wheelchair could fit. This happened without me asking or doing it myself, which is what usually happens when we dine out. Therefore, this simple act by the host was much appreciated. Most tables appeared to be occupied by South Asian patrons, which is always a good sign when a culturally/ethnically diverse food establishment is visited by the same. This might sound strange, but we knew we had made a good choice when our server brought water that was tepid (no ice). It must be a South Asian thing, as ice water is considered taboo by my elders. We ordered two vegetarian dishes, one chicken dish, a few appetizers, and they were all delicious. The portions were appropriate, the server was patient and kept checking on us. They really filled up by 6:30 and there seemed to be a line of people waiting to get in when we were leaving. I really don't have anything negative to say and would highly recommend this restaurant. The only warning I would provide is that it was a challenge to actually get up to the restaurant. While there is a wheelchair ramp, it is definitely not up to code. The incline is very steep, and I really had to struggle to get the wheelchair up. Going back down was nerve wrecking as well. read more

We were just walking by but was stopped by the name. Upon entering, the smell and aroma of the restaurant was inviting. We ordered a simple Palak Paneer and Butter Chicken with Plain naan. We thought to just get a quick bite. The food came out promptly after order and was absolutely delicious. It was so hot that even after getting stuffed we still had leftovers and instead of taking it home we decided to just keep eating and finish it.
