I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

None of these things were repaired the entire time I lived there. I was never late paying my rent even through the pandemic, but jusr as we were coming out of the pandemic they raised the remt $120. I felt that the price was excessive. I only recommend moving into the recently renovated properties. That way the appliances are newer and in better condition. Currently most homes in Las Vegas are woefully over priced taking full advantage of the housing shortage.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Started a "2 year…read morelease" 9/2025 ..... lease was finally terminated early 7/2026 due to ongoing poor home conditions. It was an absolute nightmare from the very beginning to the end .....&still ongoing. I never post reviews but I feel the need to warn future tenants before renting a home from Progress Residential. Home was NOT "move in ready" as they falsely advertised. In 9 months, I put in 65 maintenance work orders. None of which the work was actually performed successfully. Consisting of ; broken windows, broken doors , broken locks, no air conditioning for months , water leak from corrosion of pipes, mold, electricity fuse box wires on fire , diseased trees falling , etc etc First they send a progress worker to your home who basically does nothing but reconfirm the work needs to be done . Then they refer it to a 3rd party vendor who can care less about getting the job done. So you do the math on how much effort /days off from work it takes to maintain these crappy homes. Orlando office workers are rude and nasty constantly closing out work orders without cause . Regional Manager Kim won't assist either , so don't believe her sales pitch . Customer Service Advocates do nothing as well , they all read from the same script. Currently waiting on my security deposit way past the florida statutes limit, they are withholding Although they let me out of my lease early at no fee due to home conditions. Do yourself and your family the biggest favor and DONT rent from them. It will be the biggest and most expensive mistake ever!

Poor communication when they decided to communicate! They also neglected to keep maintenance on the property and had to be contacted multiple times for pest control on a rat problem in the attic caused by a hole in the roof (they're contracted to maintain)! I recently had the good fortune to become acquainted with Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty in…read moreDaytona Beach after observing his excellent service involving the sale of a neighbor's beachside Daytona Beach home. When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets. He's reliable, intelligent yet relatable, driven yet chill, and knows how to market properties to the best advantage for both buyers and sellers. His appreciation and knowledge of older homes such as mine, as well as his knowledge of how houses of all eras are put together (and his sense of humor), is a bonus. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Volusia County who's willing to put in the work and go the extra mile, I enthusiastically recommend Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty.
