When I came back to live in Barcelona for a month I was nervous that my experience was that of a "child" who didn't know how burgers are supposed to taste. But it still was extremely good, and I'd still say it totally belongs to the top burgers I've eaten anywhere. I think what stands out is the meat: it really is extremely fresh, high quality meat that is spiced in an extra ordinary way. And I also think the bread is special: it's especially good for eating the burger, because it's easy to bite through it in one bite, but it's still crunchy.
