When I asked for an example of strategic roadmap or for a list of what was included in it they would not give me a direct answer. They pontificated about how it depends on clients situation and said it's a heady and complicated subject. They were very prompt in sending me requests for payment after every interaction I had with them but didn't answer a single one of my questions asking what was included in their services. My experience aligns with the poor reviews here. They like to say "our teams knowledge and experience makes what we charge worth it". But I'm sorry saying that you're knowledgeable does not make it so. When they can't even show a basic understanding of what a good financial plan should include by at a minimum putting into a list what it includes for potential clients that does not instill confidence.

After a February 2023 vehicle collision left my wife seeking compensation from the negligent driver, their team provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the entire process. Their expertise and dedication to our case was apparent from the onset, making the process much less stressful and holding the other side accountable for their actions (the other driver tried to flee the scene but was ultimately caught). Big insurance companies prey on unrepresented victims, so it was important that we also have aggressive legal representation. JBP truly stands out as the best law firm in the area for personal injury claims. We extend our sincere thanks to attorney Matt Crowther and JBP Legal, as we received the compensation we deserved (both from the property damage and the personal injury claims), and my wife is on her way to recovery. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate personal injury lawyer, look no further than Matt Crowther and JBP Legal - we are forever grateful for their successful resolution of this matter.

I received several phone calls from one of their attorneys, Andrew Dunkin, that were intended for one of his clients. He had the wrong number. Despite the fact that he received no response to these calls, even though they involved hearings, etc., and despite my calling their firm to explain that he had the wrong number, he continued to call. I then spent close to 10 minutes getting through their phone system to let Andrew know that he had yet left another message at the wrong number. Andrew was...(wait for it)...clearly irritated that I asked them to stop calling. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess. (By the way, you're welcome, Andrew.) If you're a woman, then you should know this: I left a review on Google as well, to which he responded in a triggered way, including classic deflection and projection. He indicated that I needed to be more understanding about a simple "typo" in their records. Never mind HIS conduct on the phone, and never mind HIS inconveniencing of a total stranger - a stranger who attempted to call twice to correct HIS mistake. It's the cliche "she's overreacting" response and attempting to shift blame. Gosh, us crazy ladies, you know? With that said, I was a paralegal for 20 years. Pro tip: attorneys love to blame their predominantly female support staff for their incompetence. If your attorney has a habit of blaming staff, run.
