She creatively used every inch of space and was able to maximize storage for us. The ideas she thought of, we would have never thought of and I am so thankful for. Her attention to detail during all steps of the process is so appreciated. The best part is, all the work and designs have paid off in multiples. We recently put our place on the market and received 10+ offers within 5 days at ask and above. Everyone loved all the built ins (entertainment center, mudroom area, built in benches, desk are, storage column) all which were her ideas and vision. I cried happy tears! As a bachelor without design sense it was one of the best investments I could have made. It saved me so much time and anxiety about which pieces to pick and every single person who has visited has been amazed by how nicely decorated my apartment is. The process is exactly as described by other reviewers - introductory call, questionnaire, in home visit, and follow up call a week or two later with a mood board and shopping list. Betsy was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I was also impressed with how much her suggestions matched my style even though I didn't have the vocabulary to communicate it. Everything fit within my constraints and preferences and Betsy helped with follow up questions and suggestions as pieces came in and as I decided to swap out a few pieces.

I ordered a custom pink & green sweatshirt that was initially promised within a week. Two months later - I still don't have it. I've repeatedly reached out by text and Instagram and received nothing but excuses and false assurances. Now they're not responding at all. What makes this even more disappointing is that I supported this Newark-based business through a business crawl organized by another minority woman-owned organization, specifically to uplift and invest in Newark businesses like this. But being minority- and woman-owned does not excuse taking someone's money, failing to deliver, and then ghosting your customer. I'm requesting a full refund and strongly recommend others think twice before ordering. Hopefully this review will get their attention.
