They tried to reschedule my booking the morning of my service and when I reiterated the time crunch associated with the move out, they committed to send another team later that same day. The door rails in the shower not cleaned, only the door. There were cleaning bottles left in two different rooms. The fridge interior was not cleaned. The product used on all stainless appliances left smear marks all over them, bath mat thrown onto and left on my bedroom floor in a pile. Mirrors were left dirty, blinds and window sils left dirty. The floors are always spot free and look great, too! Communication with the office is great, and customer service follow up is a bonus. They don't just assume the clean went well, they call to ensure that I'm happy, which is refreshing in today's disconnected society. Leave no streaks on taps have extenders to wipe hard to reach places due to their small stature. I could go around afterwards take my fingers collect dirt on my fingers and wipe them on my pants. That is just not OK.
