I also happen to think wedding videos are a bit cheesy, but I absolutely do not think that about Wise Films. They are shot so creatively that it doesn't feel hokey or cheesy to me at all. My main issue with the Charm City was one of the photobooth operators was really nasty to my guests and I. Several people came up to tell me that she was nasty to them. I witnessed it firsthand when she got snippy with me and clearly she knew it was my party. Apparently, people pressed on the screen too hard when in the photobooth. This wasn't done out of malice on anyone's part; just people having a great time in the booth. The operator's tone was so nasty to guests as she practically screamed at people to not do it again. I suggest that the company instruct its operators to place a sign on the booth to let guests know to touch the screen lightly. Later on, a friend of mine who got to the venue early enough to see the operators set up said that the same operator was rude to the restaurant manager. Her attitude totally dampered an otherwise fun experience. I would recommend the vendor to a friend only if it could guarantee that it would not send out that operator. I followed up with the vendor after the event and it was clear to me that the operator is still employed with the company. I would definitely have a photobooth at another event but I don't know if I would use Charm City again.

He even let our friend take the reigns and do a couple songs! Paul never felt like our friend was stepping on his toes and we really appreciated that he let us do that. Paul kept the party going from the beginning. I've had so many people since the end of our wedding telling me how great our DJ was. We had a weird mix of twenty somethings and sixty somethings with not much in between. Even still, Paul was able to judge the crowd and keep people dancing. I don't think there was a second all night long that people weren't all over the dance floor! His online portal is very straight forward and easy to use. I was able to put in many details and everything we wanted to hear was played at our wedding. Paul is also not one of those DJs that keeps interrupting songs to talk. He knew when it was appropriate to interject and when it wasn't. My husband commented that this was one of his favorite things about Paul: his professionalism on and off the dance floor.
