I worked for these scam artists for 4 months and they NEVER paid me my correct submitted hours on payday. It would take 2 or 3 times of emails to get the money I earned resulting in up to 3 eft for a single pay period. They start out paying your a high rate then restrict your hours, refuse overtime, and I have mandatory deductions required by Texas to be taken out of my paycheck, total of $300 a month. Instead, they took 300 from each eft paycheck that were at least 2 per period usually 3 and took the 300 from EACH paycheck. Resulting in a total of 1200 taken in 3 and 1/2 weeks. This money wasn't sent to the party for 2 months after I reported them, they promised to not take any more for two months and I was in a severe accident, hospitalized with spine fractures and within days while in hospital, I had already lost my job, and never paid my last owed paycheck, I am unable to work or lift more that 10lb and it has been 3 months without a single response from their company just to be sent the last paystubs to submit to insurance for disability. Their employee system has been down for the same amount of time and now they supposedly had a data breach? Maybe a scrub of data and records. They are committing Medicare fraud and withholding employee pay for a "bonus" I never received. I printed my paystubs prior to the crash and they sent me a summary of my pay and hours- it has been altered eft dates changed, pay for pay periods altered. And I am still owed the last month of money they took out that would be put on hold through the last 2 months after I was fired for being hospitalized in the accident. These little girls are never in the office, take much for 2 hours and since system has been down have not been going into the office at all. "Working from home" I was told because there was no point in working from the office since the system crashed. Horrible horrible company. Getting my services started was horrible. "Training" which they said we needed before my attendant could start receiving pay, which consisted of filling out paperwork, took three weeks to schedule. There is absolutely nothing remotely professional about this company!! Voicemails have NEVER been returned. And believe me, I've left plenty. Their click in system does not work properly, so employees do not get paid on time, and sometimes not for the correct hours. I have not received a paycheck on time for the last 3 paychecks. This company has no professionalism and is terrible at treating their employees correctly. Have been with this agency for about 5 yrs, was very good the first year, then they started going down hill especially since the old man Gene Whitten-Legé died,and his wife pat took over. It has gone down hill, have had problems with attendant's pay, calls returned, timely quarterly report, which the last one that I got states that that the state attendants pay rate is $13.75 and they say its wrong, so there is a question of irregularity in who's right. the first year my attendants got a Christmas Bonus from the excess, since they were been underpaid, since then I have had send many e-mails and everyone throws the ball and no one wants to catch, then the give it to the payroll clerk, and the poor girl has to defend the payroll manager. Sometimes one get minimal results, when we get a new clerk but its only while the payroll clerk learns all their tricks, then things change. Now that they forced us to go into their new system of the Vesta- Mobile or if we didn't use it we would have a to pay a service charge if we didn't use it. Since day one, that system has been incorrect or it will not register the right information and we have we have been having all kind of problems. It will state that attendant is thousands of feet away, when the attendant is in the kitchen or living room. They suggested to reinstall and download the Vesta- Mobile again or buy a tablet, which I did and it still did it shows that they are over 20 ft. away when the attendant is inside the house. I preferred the landline, because the attendant needed to be inside the house and there would not be ant discrepancy, but if we didn't go Vesta Mobile I would be charged a service charge. . We got another new payroll clerk and so far she is doing great, she has been there not even two months, the good ones don't last or they learn they company's methods and don't care so long as they get paid they stay ,but the really good ones don't stay long and move on to another job. This is by far the worst company ever. I have worked for this company just for a week and I decided quit. I have seen so much unprofessional things happen here. I don't know how they are still in business. The management here is HORRIBLE. Clients have not been paid in weeks to months. They don't return the clients phone calls or emails. They DO NOT answer the phone and they DO NOT answer emails. We used this company for several years not knowing there were any better options. I spent more time than I can calculate trying to track down paychecks that my attendants were owed and bonus money that was supposed to be paid out. When I sent emails, they were often not even acknowledged. I am a very patient person, too. In this case, I was patient to my detriment, because I allowed all of this to go on for way too long before finally switching over to a new, very professional agency, that I have been super impressed with. Please do your research before contracting with them. I will give it one star for the employees along the way who seemed to truly care, but they did not last long. Worst service as a payroll provider or a business period. You will not be allow to talk to any human being or shall I say present bodies in the office. Answering machine that will never get any return calls is to be expected. It's like a playground for a groups of girls to just be there to transfer call to voicemail. No accountability or responsibilities as a business for helping care provider get paid correctly. No authority, management, or supervision of any kind exist in this business. A business that is just waiting to be audited with mishandling of funds allocated for the care provider. One star is only given because this review required it. This is the worst possible choice for a provider. Don't walk, RUN away from these heartless people. They lie, they don't return phone calls or emails and will always push you off on another one of their "consultants". I worked in social services over 20 years before I became disabled. I've never seen anything like it. They will do their best to suck out of you any shred of dignity you have left. My attendant has been working 2 months without a paycheck from these people. Lost paperwork. They made me resign all my paperwork because signatures didn't match. I don't have hands!! I could go on and on. They lack integrity both professionally and personally.
