He was friendly, accommodating, a listening ear, professional from start to finish, and stayed close through out this whole process. They picked up my son and his wife from the Sioux Falls airport and drove them through a snowstorm to Mitchell. They had missed a connection in Denver from San Jose due to weather and had to take a late flight to try to get to their grandmother's visitation service. No other limo service was available because of holiday light bookings. The owner's wife volunteered to take them in her personal auto. There are not enough stars in the world to rate people like this.

Major improvements are needed on the place. I do not recommend staying here…read more 1. Called for shuttle service on landing at FSD. They said they would send it and hung up right away without confirming who we were, how long we could expect to wait, or asking us for a.contact number just in case something went wrong. Shuttle did not come after 30 min and after calling twice more (again getting hung up on), we had to end up taking a taxi to the hotel instead, after nearly an hour of waiting. At the desk they told us the radio hadnt been working to communicate with the shuttle driver. They did reimburse us for the taxi cost, but it was still a pain. 2. Checkin was OK. But going through the pool area, which we had to do to reach the room from the lobby, was like walking through a sauna. The entire area was VERY humid and smelled strongly of chlorine. Serious ventilation is needed. 3. The bed actually was good and the room clean (why I give 2 stars instead of 1). However, the cloth shower curtains are too narrow and did not reach the tub end to end, instead leaving a sizable opening at tht far end of the tub when you try to close it.. Because if this, and the fact they were not plastic, the wall right outside the far end of the tub had visible water damage, peeling paint and tiles falling off. 4. TV had some issues with internet connection. Trying to watch live TV, most of the channels said "no Informaton", making it difficult to find a good channel for what we wanted to watch. This is due to using the Samsung TV system, which is known to have major operation issues. 5. Boston Pizza and Sports bar was hit or miss. Staff and service were good snd quite friendly. Their "cheese curds" actually tasted good but they are not cheese curds. They are mini mozzarella sticks. Good for what they were. The pizza left a lot to be desired. Crust was soggy and toppings just so-so and I had to send it back. Where they won was the bolognese sauce, that at least was tasty. Meatballs were OK but could have used more seasoning. But the pasta was much better than the pizza. My wife got a chicken and broccoli bowl woth rice, and while the chicken and broccoli were cooked well, rice was overcooked and mush. 6. We used the shuttle van in the morning to the airport which did get us there. However, it is badly in need of lots of minor repairs and cosmetic overhaul. The exterior had rust spots everywhere and a major crack in the windshield. Interior had some ripped seats and a broken seat belt mount sticking sharply out which made it impossible to sit on the same 2-person seat as my wife (this hazard above all else really must be addressed!) Hopefully they will make the necessary upgrades to the place and shuttle soon and fix all these issues. Until then, I will not be coming back.

picked this hotel because we were able to get a suite and have the family together. the hotel was…read moredirty. spa and ship pool was closed. the other pool and slide pool were dirty. we get in the room and start looking around and instantly disappointed. Things broke. Room is hot. And the most disgusting thing was bathroom. Shower was completely full of mold and housekeeping just sprayed bleach over it. Couldn't breathe because of how strong bleach smell was. Bathtub dirty and plug was broke so that wouldn't hold water. 2 of 4 in group had burning throats by the time we left. The quality of businesses is going down hill. They raise rates and quality of established is horrible. So sad. Could be super cool place
