Comparing day 1 to final treatment is nearly a night and day difference. We opted to complete the 3-minute (I believe that was the time) version of treatment daily. The time went by quickly, especially since the team was super friendly and would chat with us. I have to give a huge shoutout to Sydney and Grace since we worked with them 99% of the time (along with Dr. Clinch, of course) and they are sincerely the coolest people. Their demeanor is merely icing on the cake to the top notch care provided at Inspire TMS. While treatment is incredible, progress doesn't stop there. You have to actively put in the work to improve your wellbeing. That might be easier said than done, but it seems more and more possible as treatment continues. I'm happy to report that instead of having 6.5 out of 7 bad days a week, my husband is much happier and on average has 1 bad day a week. That's a significant improvement, not just for him, but for the people in his life who care about him (i.e. less worrying for us).

Initially, I was one of the few who did not see results--so Dr. Clinch adjusted, tried other things, and after completing my treatment, I felt like the best version of myself. It's been almost a year since I started my treatment and I still can't stop thinking about it. Pretty sure it saved my life. I'm so grateful.

I was in the women's unit and the staff and residents I spent my stay with have played a large role in my recovery. The women I met will be life-long friends and support for me and the staff are an invaluable component to the Foundry's recovery approach. Dr. Jim Schuler genuinely cares for his residents who are committed to developing a solid foundation for their recovery both in treatment and ongoing. They give you an abundance of resources and their client care coordinators will help you build an attainable aftercare plan with you during your stay that will ensure your ability to achieve sustainable sobriety leaving the facility. The program is not a 30-day program, rather it is one based on what your entire care team of therapists, psychiatrists and care coordinators find is most appropriate for your care. I stayed 52 days and didn't want to leave after how close I'd grown to the people there both in front of, and behind, the desk. Do be aware that there is a 7-day probationary period for phone calls, so be sure to make your loved ones aware of those parameters upon arrival so they're not left wondering what's happened to your communication. No cellphones, cigs or vapes allowed which was brutal for me, as a chronic, device-in-hand 24/7 vape user HOWEVER they provide you with nicotine lozenges and patches, which are an adjustment at first but I left no longer needing or wanting nicotine so that was pretty tight. The facility as a whole is like a 4 star hotel (1 star deduction due to no vaping haha) but I can genuinely recommend this rehabilitation center and its quality of care for its clients a 10/10 and have obtained a beautiful and happy future in recovery thanks to them. Special mentions to the Behavioral Health Technicians and nursing staff there- Anaïs, Danny, Brittany, Alexis, Alex, Charlie, Oliver, Lexie and Ken. Stellar first-time rehab experience!

Becky was a provider through what my work offered as 6 free therapy sessions. Within the first 15 minutes of speaking with my daughter, she told her she couldn't help her until she was on some kind of antidepressants,etc...and only then would she help her. So we did just that. She saw her primary care dr. and he threw some antidepressants her way(which made her depression 10 times worse). By session 3, my daughter experienced another traumatic event and was looking forward to speaking with Becky. Becky cut the conversation off within 10 minutes, told her she couldn't help her any longer and that she would recommend someone else to her. We've never heard from her since. Being dismissed by a therapist like that only traumatized her more. A year later, and my daughter is off any and all meds, has lost faith in therapists, and is relying on herself, her family and friends for help and healing. Maybe since I was given 6 free sessions through my employer, Becky didn't care to put in much effort in helping a patient? I'm not sure what happened. Regardless, I would not recommend her.
