Although having your roof replaced isn't a fun experience and an unwelcomed expense, BB Roofing made the experience a very pleasurable one. Bill and Cassandra are the very best at communication. They either answer their phone or call back right away if you leave a message. The quote was very competitive, but the great job and cleanup they did is where they really shined. They are his own crew and not sub contracted. The 10 year leak guarantee is great too. Plus Bill Ball and his daughter Cassandra are locals. They aren't a company that swooped in to capitalize after a hurricane. You owe it to yourself to at least meet Bill and get a quote should you be in need of a roof repair or replacement. After contacting them twice again, they said they could do it on Saturday 8/30 and once again, never showed. After contacting them, yet again, they said it would be done by today, 9/4. They never showed again and in talking to Cassandra in their office, they would try to get out this Saturday but couldn't make any promises. Such inexcusable business practices. And they came so highly recommended.

When caught in act they claimed the HOA who hired them gave them the permission to do so. First of all HIA is not who pays our power bills. Then when asked if they will replace this cost they denied that they ever even used your power. What a lying crooked company. The owner then claimed if it had happened he would have stopped it. Ok, how? When? At what point? And what were you going to use as your power source for all those power tools with cords? Even the compressor needed to be powered. So I don't recommend them not only for that but also the mess they left behind. Muddy and completely destroyed yard. See pictures.

It caused damage to the ceiling around the chimney. The sheetrock bubbled up and water was dripping down. Antonio came and got up on the roof and ran a hose and he could see the water pouring in. He sent someone to caulk around the chimney. It was understood that he would fix the interior damage. We waited to test with windy rainstorms to make sure the caulk worked. Roll the clock forward - we called a couple times to get the interior work done and finally got to speak with Antonio. He is insisting that the interior damage was always there - before he put the roof on. He is basically calling us liars. He also said that he does not fix interior damage. He only fixes the roof if there is something wrong. So if the flashing they installed did caused leaking and damage due to an error in their work, you are out of luck. We did probably wait too long before pushing the issue. I would understand if he said too much time had elapsed, but instead, he proceeded to argue with us that the damage was already inside before the roof and flashing job. Shame on him.

That's three times an obligation was not met to repair my roof. My calls and voicemails were unanswered and not replied to and I was not kept up to date when the date mentioned did not work for them. I finally received a call (after submitting a complaint to BBB) telling me they would not be able to repair my roof because they're too busy. Meanwhile, my roof has been leaking two months without repair waiting for these guys. I would've preferred someone tell me two months ago that they were booked and wouldn't be able to repair my roof. That would've been acceptable and highly appreciated. Thanks for wasting my time, Ragsdale.
