Really good beef Döner & definitely a different taste than your typical Döner stand. They specialize in beef products here & have a ton of options on offer from Döner im Fladenbrot to lahmachun & pide. The place is packed & there's seating out front & in the back. I ordered the Classic Döner #1 here with spicy sauce added & it was great. The veggies could've been a bit fresher & their meat had a newer flavor I normally don't associate with Döner since they spice it on their own.Not the top option in Berlin but a very good one nonetheless. Check it out if you're around Kreuzberg sometime!

Ok this beef döner is delicious. The beef was very flaky and almost too dry for me but my brother seems to like it a lot (so maybe personal preference) but I do like the bread here a lot! For only €3 you are guaranteed to leave your stomach full and satisfied :) plus, great service and no line and nice seating area

Delicious beef döner for €3.50. The meat was cooked very well and would've been on the dry side if not for its seasonings and the delicious sauce in the döner. The veggies are very fresh and the döner is managable to both finish and to stay relatively cleanly. The bread is pretty good as well, though it got kind of tough at the bottom of the sandwich. I also saw several people sitting around us with Turkish tea, which looked really good as well. If I lived in Berlin, I'd probably be a regular here. Definitely come if you're looking for solid traditional döner; they also serve durum, soups, mixed plates, etc.

i saw Imren being recommended by a lot of different people online, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the doner kebab, and it was only €3.50. the bread was warm and crispy on the outside. the beef was on the drier side, but the sauces made up for it. the sauces and the bread were what made the doner delicious. the place was full of locals which is how you know it's good. i think i liked mustafa's vegetarian doner more, but Imren has more options and meat. another plus is that the line is way shorter and you can eat inside which is helpful in the cold weather.

Hackfleisch pita - very good!

Wonderful, family run Turkish restaurant. Great food. Warm atmosphere. Homemade breads and careful attention to quality make this a "must visit" in Berlin.

It's döner. It's delicious. It doesn't cost too much. Don't expect a lot of the bathrooms and you'll have a great time.

Fairly good döner kebab. While not the best in the city, the lack of a mile long line made it worthy.

I ordered it from the street window. I don't speak German but the guy in line behind me translated. You will be asked which sauce, want veggies, and eat in or take out. As you walk down any street, kebab shops and many other permutations scream at you. We decided to go to Hasir as a good friend from Turkey recommended it. It is an institution and a restaurant empire in the city. The location we went to is on a very busy street, and due to the temperature, we decided to brave it and sit on the sidewalk. It did not disappoint. Their menu is very large, but anything will be good. We ordered to start the tasty Cac⁄k, which is a dip of yogurt, Garlic Cucumber and oil and the ÛmamBay which is eggplant in paprika. Wow! For the main course, we ordered Adana Kebap, which is minced Meat on the skewer with Rice and Salad. Incredible. The Turkish bread was a must, and they kept it coming. The service was fast and attentive, and the whole experience was fun and felt authentic. I highly recommend this or any of their other locations.

I am not quite sure what the difference between homey Turkish food and what is not. I am going to…read moreassume homey entails more focus on the food and ingredients rather than the presentation and other things. One glance at this place and it certainly looks homey if not rather like a one pot, buffet, fast food kind of style. There was counter full of prepared food in the back and you can pick and choose your meal from thy selection. No there's nothing created here a la minute but the price kind of reflects that. While I can't comment on the authenticity of the food, I can say without a doubt it is tasty...for the most part. Everything does indeed taste "homey" as every dish is sort of a mis-mash of different vegetables and meats in a consistent sauce. By that I mean most of the dishes have similar sauces a tastes quite similar despite it having different ingredients. The rice is a nicely prepared with fantastic texture and just the right amount of squeakiness to them all the while still soft and pillowy. The chicken is sightly dry but very nicely compensated with the great sauce that it's bathed in. Sadly this meal wasn't quite as memorable as I had hope for. Unlike the Turkish cuisines I have had in the past there wasn't one or more dishes I would recommend of you must order. Everything tastes good -- like a every day good kind of meal mom used to prepare.
