We ran into some unforeseen issues with our pour while we were overseas and still we were able to get in touch quickly to discuss everything with Dave. He's incredibly personable and truly wants to ensure you love your final product, which we absolutely did! We had an extension to our driveway done plus an extra stamped concrete pad done in the back. The driveway looks awesome and exactly what we wanted but I am in love with the stamped pad in the back. Go with Braun Family and you will not be disappointed!

One was all aluminum, tow were wood based. I mentioned code compliance. The aluminum came in at the highest, with the black anodizement adding additional cost. We finally selected the middle one in cost. We talked about using pressure treated wood The was a lot of tension get the final plans excepted. In the end, supposedly with the inspector sigh off, it was not what was planned. The function of the ramp was acceptable, but not great. The worst part was the safety railing was a sloppy mess not up to any code. It had all put together with 1 1/2 brads and a brad gun, fast but not effective or up to code. I finally got my handyman to come and fix it. It's better now and up to code. I would never higher Tyler Miller. First the ha

Roger came into my home knowing I needed a simple repair and immediately started talking about…read moreripping through my walls and rewiring my house. The original number he came up with was something like 25K (for a call about a light switch). We seemed to have reached some sort of agreement; and since I'm facilitating selling my mother's house, I got them in touch. Things seemed fine with the lesser fix of 2K. Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with. I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house again.

I found out from the installers what material was used to seal the original installation, because I thought we should use the same thing. When Seal King came to give us an estimate, they were familiar with what the original sealer was, but said for resealing, it was best to use a different product from the same manufacturer, which is what they did. We were happy with the price that was quoted. The job was scheduled promptly when the weather was right. Seal King did an excellent job and I definitely recommend them.

Scaled down to a townhome a couple years back and the patio was one area that needed attention…read more I recalled the various folks that my former husband and I had service our patio in my previous home. One in particular made such a mess of the hot tub, garden, and patio set - which I had moved half-way across the yard, that I could hardly believe what had happened to cause such a mess. Messy spray was on everything and I never was able to fully remove it. So when my neighbor and I were discussing having our patios sealed, I suggested Brian. The Seal King stood out because I remembered what a neat, clean job they did. My little patio is nothing special, just plain, older concrete. But it looks great now - and not one plant in the garden was sacrificed. Best yet, my neighbor keeps thanking me for recommending Brian. She has colored, stamped concrete. Other companies had left her patio with bubbles in the sealer, at a less competitive price. She's so happy with how her patio looks now, no bubbles because Brian and Corwin are truly the best. Additionally, Brian and his son are just genuinely nice people.
