Since people regularly seek suggestions for remodeling companies, I wanted to share our experience and some pictures of the final product. The experience of working with them from the initial communication to every stage throughout the process was superb. We worked directly with James Pulliam, who's the head of their remodeling department. James was extremely helpful and professional, especially in his consistent communication. He was on-site several days each week to check on the progress and speak with us. The craftsmen were also fantastic, with the same three gentleman working throughout the project. They were courteous, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.

I am so thankful, as are my two babies! James and Omar were awesome but the real stars were our daily on site workers, Rodrigo and his partner! The remodel took longer than planned due to a variety of issues, not wholly Casey's fault. He uses excellent subs who do great work. The tile guys were the best I've seen. Electricians completed all electrical in four hours and put in all the outlets and switches we could want. Above and beyond what was called for. All subs showed up relatively on time when scheduled. The bathroom was totally gutted to the studs as was one wall in the kitchen. The demo was very clean. Most subs cleaned as they went. We are very happy with the results and would use Casey again. Both he and his wife were very nice to work with.

Bottom line, Mike Garabedian is an awesome builder and a pleasure to work with. Building luxury…read morehomes is complicated, time consuming, and there will be bumps in the process due to the complexities, added amenities, and size of the home. What makes Mike such an exceptional builder is: - Communication: Constant and accurate communication of project updates, what was coming next, issues they were having, and cost to date and projections. He was always readily available for a discussion. - Attention to detail: Mike has a bad case of OCD which was good for us. If there was the slightest item off center, not level, or just didn't look correct, he would discuss it with us and let us decide on how or if we wanted to correct the issue. - "Can do attitude": If there was a change, we wanted or something new, there was never a "we can't do that". It was always, we can figure it out and make it work. - Work atmosphere: Mike is a pleasure to work with (even though he is a Texas Longhorn fan). Very personable, positive, and accommodating. He is just a good person. - "Techy" at heart: He introduced us to new technologies that we had no knowledge of. Of course, we were always fearful and reluctant, with the help of Mike, we are enjoying the many benefits of a "smart" home. - Respected by his industry peers: He is the past President of Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, a Certified Master Builder, and Life Director of Texas Association of Builders. Being elected by his peers to lead these associations is a great compliment. - Follow-up (most important): Building a luxury home is challenging and although we want everything to be perfect and complete upon move-in, it's just not a reality. The most important element to the new homeowner is how the builder responds to making the finishing touches, repairing things that don't work, and adding items that we may not have included in the original plan. We have been in our home ~6 months and Mike is still ready on the job and working. He will not be finished until we are finished. We highly recommend Mike Garabedian for your next building project. They basically redid the exterior of our house. All soffits and vents had to be removed and replaced, most trim, two layers of roofing removed, chimney surround was rotted. Added a new carport and a screened in back patio. New storm doors, caulked all seams before they painted and stained whole house. Wrapped the house in gutters that matched the trim. Maybe not the cheapest but fair pricing. They used quality materials including Hardy material and synthetics and very skilled craftsmanship. Everything turned out better than we hoped.
