I checked to see if the straps under the wig were adjusted too tight but they weren't. I tried and came to the conclusion that this wig was for a child. I am a thin 5'9" woman with a normal sized head. I read Rose Beauty's return policy stating that they do not accept returns on wigs. I took the wig back the next day and told the lady at the cash register I understood their return policy of no returns, but the wig was made for a child misrepresented as an adult wig & I will take products in lieu of a cash refund. She called said no, then called someone who said no. It is not right they can sell a product under false circumstances and I cannot get a satisfactory result. They will never get a cent from me and I will spread the word about how I was treated.

I bought the mandatory one dollar wig cap to try on the stores rule of a maximum of three wigs, which is weird because what if I wanted a wig for every day of the week which would equal seven wigs??? I couldn't find anything I wanted so I was making my way to the cash register To pay my dollar and by the time I got to the front of the store the guy had called the cashier on her phone to tell her to block the door in case I try to leave without paying the one dollar. I let her know that I heard him make that call, I paid the one dollar that they so desperately needed and left. I will never return back to that store. They clearly have an issue with melanin people and they had the nerve to be playing Christian music over their intercom. I understand why their store was empty.

I am new in the Columbus area and after a friend suggested Gahanna Skin Care, I decided to give it a try. I booked at appointment on a Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. I couldn't find the place and ended up there at 6:40 pm. I called them to let them know that I was running late. When I got there, I was greeted by a lovely lady and an older gentleman. They were super nice. Don't expect one of those fancy spas! This place is small but the owners are very particular about cleanliness and hygiene. Also, the prices are very reasonable. My esthetician, Cheri greeted me and I apologized for the delay. She was super cool about it. :-) She cleansed my face and applied some liquid to wipe it clean (I guess a toner). She explained to me the entire process and asked me if I had any questions. I told her about my concerns - blackheads on my nose and chin and large pores on my cheeks. She offered to extract my blackheads and assured me that i will see fewer pores after the process. She also gave me some witch hazel before I could go to the store and buy some! She finished the session by applying some witch hazel and then some spf. Next day, my friends said my skin was clearer and looked more vibrant! I have always been very particular about using a sunscreen. I have been trying to take extra care since the first treatment (Cleansing/Toning/Moisturizing etc). It's been two weeks since my first session and I am going today for my second session. I am going to go for 6 sessions placed 2 weeks apart. Cheri suggested that I should do this every year. I am extremely happy with the results and with Cheri. She is extremely professional and excellent at what she does. The best part about her is she genuinely cares about her clients and she is super nice to them! If you are thinking of getting a microderm, I would suggest you try Cheri! :-)
