This was so much fin! We went as a group there were 5 of us. We all added something to the escape. We did the Royal Suites. We had a good laugh and was fun figuring things out together. This place had the worst service I've ever experienced at an escape room. My friends and I decided to try this escape room spontaneously and the host seemed bothered by our spontaneous arrival. She began with remarks stating that she was ready to leave and that we were taking too long to use the bathroom (we were a party of 6). The worst remark she made to us was "you guys are a boring group." As an entertainment business you should be welcoming and friendly, unlike the service we received. Once we got in the room, the host would answer us with sass. That wasn't the worst part. Disregarding the service, the escape room was an utter disaster. There were missing pieces, open rooms, and open boxes. The owner tried to redeem his business reputation by allowing my friends and I to come back for free and try again. He told me to contact him regarding the date we would return so he could make arrangements, but he ghosted me. He never returned any of my calls or emails after continuous attempts to reach out. I truly disagree with all these 4 and 5 star reviews. At this point, I wouldn't even return for free! read more

I am very disappointed. I spoke with the manager/owner and advised him that I had a Groupon. I didn't feel comfortable making a $30 deposit for reservation over the phone after I already paid for my Groupon, do I said I would walk in and see if a room was available. The place was empty so I was happy. We get there a young teen male said we had to pay for another ticket. I said why would I do that when I paid $130 for my Groupon which can use up to 6 people. He said let me call the manager. The manager told him that I have to pay for the additional 2 slots even though only one party per room. I was very upset and disappointed. I started to feel scammed. The Groupon doesn't specify that so it seems like it's a scam. If you purchase directly from their website you don't have to pay for 6 people. Unfortunately I will not return and will drive down the hill to experience an escape room with my family. The owner was nice, so it was a let down to go to the place and be treated that way. read more

The escape rooms were fun and I liked the fact they were local. We've done the Triton room which was my first experience with an escape room and we've done the Vegas themed one when they had it available. That one has since been converted to another escape room. The Vegas one was just ok but the rooms allow you to exercise your brain in ways you don't get to do often unless you're in a job that constantly pulls out your critical thinking and creative thinking as well as your solving puzzles skills. The 7 of us just had a blast at Escape This! So much fun. This was our second experience with an escape room and it met all our expectations of fun, challenge, camaraderie, teamwork and surprises! We did Mosi's Curse and had a blast. A little more challenging than the pirate one at the other escape room place in Victorville. But both as adventuresome! This ones Mayan curse made things slightly trickier. Great for our group who had done well with the pirate ship. Design, cleverness, clues, the room, just brilliant. This is definitely the place to go for families, parties and coworkers! I hope you laugh and get excited as much as we did discovering the clues!!! read more

We called in to book with Sebastian and he went above and BEYOND with his customer service. He was immensely informational, we also met the new owner who was equally awesome. I highly recommend to escape room enthusiasts of all levels. They also informed us about weekly specials to take advantage of for family and friends. We initially booked one and had so much fun we booked another in the same night! I can't express how much fun we had and we look forward to coming back to do the rest of the rooms! I have been wanting to try an escape room for a long time and my husband and I finally decided to give one a try today. I booked the Triton room which apparently is their most difficult. Probably not the best choice for 2 escape room newbies. We're pretty good at puzzles and riddles but this was way more challenging than I anticipated! We wandered around the room trying to figure out what the heck we were doing for far too long. Needless to say it was an epic failure and we left feeling kind of stupid. BUT...I did think it was a fun thing to do and the staff was great. The facility was clean and the room was cool. I would absolutely do it again. Next time I might start with a less challenging room and do it in a larger group. I think the more heads you have together the better it might be. Also...I'd ask for a clue much earlier than we did today if I needed it. We wasted a lot of time on nonsense instead of putting our pride aside and asking for a clue that could have put us on the path to solving the room. read more

This was my husband's and my second escape room, our first with the two of us. It was WAY more challenging than our first, but I'm not convinced it would have been easier with more people. There are many puzzles in each room, so more people to inspect would be beneficial, but my husband and I get claustrophobic and frustrated with too many cooks. We escaped with 51 seconds to spare! This was a first for our family so we really had no idea what we were getting into. Overall we had a great time trying to work through the puzzle with our family of four. Our game master provided good directions and helped us along when we got a bit stuck. Don't be afraid to ask for help as the clues help put the pieces together. Where to begin... My wife and I played a beta test version of their new top secret third room and oh man They nailed it! Amazing set design (movie quality), fantastic puzzles and some of the best staff I have encountered. I honestly got so caught up in the adventure I didn't do very well on the actual puzzles! This was a great room. The puzzles were challenging and fun. There were also some cool surprises to be found. The theme was original and clever. My only complaint with the experience was being paired in the room with strangers. It makes the experience less enjoyable when you are solving puzzles with people you don't know and when their style of working is different than yours. Overall the experience was good, but it would have been so much better had it just been our group alone in there. read more

I was excited to go to another Escape Room, I had been to one the night before. I took my parents and my sister with me. The Mayan theme was difficult the symbols were confusing, we didn't make it out but we really enjoyed our time there. If you haven't done an escape room you should try it out! read more

Staff was super helpful and nice. My son and a few of his friends went here for his 16th birthday. He accidentally clicked on the wrong day and we showed up to find out our appointment wasn't until the next day. The staff called in an extra employee to come in and reschedule us for an hour later. I've been to other escape rooms but this one was by far the best. We had a group of 7 peoplefrom 10-30 years old and everyone was able to help out. Everything was thought out from top to bottom and there were effects that I've never seen. We kept talking about the puzzles, hours after we left.
