I told her about the pain in my mouth while she was walking out of the exam room and she just waved her hand and said "yeah, I'll get you medications because you have a pretty bad infection." And that was it! I'll be finding a new dentist!

We were having a old root canal extracted and she couldn't get one of the roots. Had to take another x-ray to check if she got it all. Half of one of the roots was still intact. She dug around a little more and got a small chunk out and said, "alright, we're going to stitch you up now" and I said can you get another x-ray to make sure and she said yes. They did another x-ray and there was still a very large chunk of tooth left. She was about to stitch the patient up with a large chunk of infected tooth still in his gums. This greatly worries me that she would be this careless and unprofessional at her job. At least take an x-ray that takes less than 20 seconds to make sure you completed what we paid you 500 dollars to do.
