I first discovered Cugini Winery a couple of years ago when a friend of mine who was a wine guild…read moremember included us in a complimentary tasting. I found their wines (especially their reds) to be very enjoyable and Bob's ability to explain the intricacies of each varietal to be extraordinary. I enjoyed their wines so much after participating in a couple of tastings that I joined their wine guild where I receive discount specials on many bottles of wine for us to enjoy and complimentary tastings as well as other perks. For my money, the Vulcan and Apollo are my favorite red wines, which suits my palate quite wonderfully. Their rose and sparkling wines are additionally very good. They pair well with a variety of different foods for lunch and dinner. They have recently upgraded their tasting room located at the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club in Wellington, which comprises three intimate tasting rooms. Since I had a complimentary tasting to use recently, I took my wife there for the first of two celebrations we had scheduled for our dating anniversary (yes, we still celebrate those). We had sampled at least four wines including their bubbly, their rose, and their Mars red. Loren took good care of us, providing us with great charcuterie and cheese and different olive oil dippings with which to enjoy. She was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made our experience wonderful during our two hour tasting. We finished with some amaretto and truffles, which were also good and tasty. They have a lot of events they do on a monthly basis that are fun. I will definitely be taking advantage of them in 2024. So will my wife.

We were a group of 40 from the Valencia Sound Wine Club. The wine specialist spoke about the wines and gave us a good education about the wine process. The venue is located in a guarded country club development. It was hard to find without specific directions. The room was intimate with all the tables beautifully set up with lots of various wine glasses, plates and silverware. The homemade bread was awesome. Unfortunately the wines weren't our cup of tea but it was nice to try different varieties- 3 whites and 3 reds. The appetizers were beautifully served variety of cheese, olives, cured meats, crackers and nuts. The homemade chocolate truffles were quite an indulgence. This is a nice place to have an event to network or entertain. The wine being sold is expensive. The staff helping to serve were amicable and efficient. This was a nice event to attend.

We had the BEST meal at 1000 North last night for their happy hour summer special. We chose the…read morestreet corn Caesar which was AMAZING & then the crab spaghetti and filet as our main meal. Our server Nicole was so sweet and informative. She definitely added to our experience and made us feel welcome for my boyfriend's birthday. It is a great place to go to celebrate something. We chose to sit in the dining room over the covered patio. With this heat, I definitely recommend sitting inside during the 6:30-7:30pm time for amazing lighting then go out by the water after dinner. We will 1000% () be returning again!!!

Golden hour, boats cruising by, easy yacht-club energy... it's a gorgeous spot.   But the actual dinner? Kind of a letdown. It was pretty obvious that if you're not a social member, you get treated like an afterthought. Service felt noticeably slower and less attentive toward us. Bread took forever to show up, and our food came out lukewarm on both plates. Not what you want for an anniversary dinner at these prices.   The one saving grace was our server Candace. She was so sweet and attentive and clearly tried her best despite everything working against her. Total bright spot of the night.   Beautiful views, solid concept, but the experience needs to feel special for everyone, not just members. Would go back for drinks and the scenery, not sure about another special occasion though. Ask for Candace if you go!

The tasting was a great experience. Shout out to Rebecca. The bar area was full so we grabbed a table. It's a cute spot and has a bunch of plants on the ceiling. About a month ago I learned what Mead is and have been obsessed with trying it. Being able to ferment honey in to a wine like drink is fascinating to me. I knew we were coming down to the area for our anniversary trip. So I found this place in my search. Brewlihan and Rebecca did not disappoint. I started with the serum flight: raspberry lemonade, pear vanilla, black berry currant vanilla and strawberry watermelon. The first 2 were delicious. With my favorite being the pear vanilla. Then Rebecca started to bring me a few others to try. Nothing beat the pear vanilla. So we moved on to the full meads. So the difference is, the serums run about 5.8abv and the meads are about 12-15abv. I came home with 2 bottles of mead. The double pear vanilla and the catalyst. The double pear vanilla is self explanatory. However, the Catalyst is tangerine and pineapple age for 27 weeks in a Grand Marnier barrel. The taste is amazing. I would definitely comeback. We had a great time.

Fantastic place, fantastic owner, fantastic Mead!!!…read more I can't speak highly enough about this very cool place. They make all their own mead and it is all delicious. They owner was out bartender and he was a wealth of information. He was so helpful and friendly helping us make our choices. We tried 12 different flavors and even took a bottle home with us. Summer are sweeter than others, but all are wonderfully designed and brewed. I will definitely be back.
