Her and her husband and mother moved in the building 2 years ago. Along with there beds infected with bedbugs, cockroachs. Within two months the apartment beside them and above them had to move to other apartments within the building. Eventually the floor to which they resided in had to be sprayed. I personally would like to Thank Stefanie our Superintendent which came aboard and took quick action to evict these individuals. I personally attended the court case of Chris Young. It took 8 months to evict this family. Since their departure we have had building functions together. No cockroach's and a building happy Tennant. Sean our maintenance man has revamped/ repaired most of the units within. These people are a menace to society. They killed their dog last summer due to heat exposure. I viewed there apartment after they were evicted and I've never seen anything like it. It was sprayed three times and had to be gutted completely which Sean is working diligently. Feces on the walls. The odors tringled down the second floor where I refrained company to visit me. With the Superintendent Stefanie and are amazing maintenance guy Sean we the Tennant are becoming socially acquainted with one another. We all take pride in our units and with these individual s gone its such a happy, clean well organized building. I'm proud to reside here.

we were saddened by our experience trying to view a few locations under this management. the…read moreleasing manager for Niagara was rude, told me (female) not to see a property because it had no a/c and no elevator (assumed those were things I wanted), told me he would cancel them for me, then I continued to get notified of the viewings. he then called to change our scheduled times for a new viewing when we submitted an interest under my partners name (more masculine name). he changed it to better fit his schedule while making us feel like it was our fault, when we selected a time listed on the website. as a tenant you want to know that a management company can at least pretend to care if things go wrong in your tenancy. we did not have that minute belief in this company. never again!

This place is a scam in my opinion. I knew a lot of the items sold here are Costco products. I…read morebought an item from this store for $11 but when I went to the nearby Costco, the exact item was being sold for $9. I'm sure there are some liquidation priced items. My suggestion is, if you have a Costco membership, head to Costco FIRST and then go here so you have an idea what's worth the buy.
