The fact that there is only one (positive) review, and that it is over two years old, speaks of the fraud even in this property's supposed Review. The heat was always blasted in the apartment during winter because they offer ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. How much better can that get? Niagara Falls isn't the best area to live in, however the neighbors and people in our apartment complex were all so nice and we all looked out for one another. Katie is amazing and always would go the extra mile to make sure we are ok!

Her and her husband and mother moved in the building 2 years ago. Along with there beds infected with bedbugs, cockroachs. Within two months the apartment beside them and above them had to move to other apartments within the building. Eventually the floor to which they resided in had to be sprayed. I personally would like to Thank Stefanie our Superintendent which came aboard and took quick action to evict these individuals. I personally attended the court case of Chris Young. It took 8 months to evict this family. Since their departure we have had building functions together. No cockroach's and a building happy Tennant. Sean our maintenance man has revamped/ repaired most of the units within. These people are a menace to society. They killed their dog last summer due to heat exposure. I viewed there apartment after they were evicted and I've never seen anything like it. It was sprayed three times and had to be gutted completely which Sean is working diligently. Feces on the walls. The odors tringled down the second floor where I refrained company to visit me. With the Superintendent Stefanie and are amazing maintenance guy Sean we the Tennant are becoming socially acquainted with one another. We all take pride in our units and with these individual s gone its such a happy, clean well organized building. I'm proud to reside here.

Uba has great attention to detail, handling everything from tenant communication to maintenance requests, which made managing the property so much easier for me. The team was professional and responsive whenever issues arose, ensuring that things were addressed quickly. The tenant placement service was also solid which helped me minimize vacancy time, haven't seen any other tenant on-boarding like theirs. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were occasional minor delays in communication, but nothing that significantly impacted the quality of their service. Overall, they're very reliable and effective and I'd would definitely recommend for property owners looking for solid, hands-off approach

Fairly typical apartment complex. My husband lived here in a one bedroom for almost 4 years and…read morethen we moved into a two bedroom apartment for the past year. They seem to do a good job updating things. The two bedroom especially had nice floors that were easy to clean. The location is great. In the NW school district which is nice if you have kids, and their is a park and playground right across the road. Very close to Aldis, the outlet mall, and all the shops and restaurants along Military Road. Very close to Reservoir park as well. The office staff our really great. Easy to get a hold of and always friendly and helpful. We haven't had too much need to get a hold of them for things breaking, but the few times we did they were very prompt in working to fix the problems. My favorite part about the complex though is how above and beyond they go to really try to build a sense of community. For example, today they are having a solar eclipse viewing party complete with snacks and drinks and glasses. In the past they've had paint nights and other picnics. They've also had door decorating contests voted on by the other tenants that gives you $50 off your rent for the month. A great way to build community and also make the hallways a little brighter.

We were able to "upgrade" to a larger apartment within the building after a year, which was made very smooth by the leasing agent, Katie, and well worth the slight increase to our monthly rent. We also enjoyed how rent could be paid online, maintenance requests could be placed 24/7 through an online ticket and emergency maintenance needs were handled quickly and properly. Beyond that, the apartments were just the right size, the laundry facilities were always accessible and there was plenty of parking. We would still live there now if it weren't for us moving out of state, and by comparison of where we are currently renting, Whitmill gets flying colors! Thank you for making our first apartment together a wonderful experience!
