The Landlord is very nice and actually cares about the tenants and their well being. He is NOT the typical landlord that you only see on the first of the month. My building would not be run as good as it is if it wasn't for him!

The heat was always blasted in the apartment during winter because they offer ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. How much better can that get? Niagara Falls isn't the best area to live in, however the neighbors and people in our apartment complex were all so nice and we all looked out for one another.
