When we would bring up concerns or ask questions he would flip out and say immature things instead of helping us solve the problem. He also promised us clear financial statements, delivered on time and we continuously had to bug him for them and trust me, they are NOT clear. My husband and I spent hour going through them and found a few discrepancies so we got a lawyer. The lawyer advised us that even though we were being screwed over, the best (i.e. least expensive) way to get out of it was to just fire him. As soon as I had the chance, that's exactly what we did.

Absolutely horrible people. They will do anything to try and keep your security dep. It did not say that I had to give 30 day notice at the end of the lease but if I wanted to move out before the lease was up. The lease clearly said that after the lease was up, the lease would go month to month after "acceptance" of rent the very next month. Well, in order for something to be accepted it has to first be offered. She tried to tell the city marshal that had an office there I was being "confrontational" when I never raised my voice, and even HE could not agree with her. They did not know how to word their lease agreement and tried to give me the raw end of the deal. By the end of that very same day, after she spoke with her lawyer, she gave me back my deposit, and I moved on with my life. Never again would I choose to deal with these people.
