Insider tip: If you're going to Polly's Pies use one of the two Lemon entrances because Polly's has a huge parking area not a whole lot of people know about behind the restaurant that is less crowded than the rest of the parking lot and Polly's Pies has two entrances and the entrance by the back parking lot is usually less busy although it has stairs so if someone in your party needs wheelchair access then use the front door off of Imperial highway. In addition to Polly's and Mimi's there's another restaurant in the center called Fitness Cafe that has salads, pizzas, pasta, and plenty of healthy options for everyone. Fitness Cafe is next to a wine bar that has a fire pit so that's a fun place to gather friends. The wine bar has tapas style finger foods and we've been there when they have live music in the evening. The cookie element sells so many varieties of cookies! I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. The look and layout make it enjoyable to walk around -- plenty of clean, open spaces and outdoor seating that give it a relaxed vibe, especially on a nice day. With a strong lineup of restaurants, cafes, and shops anchored by Whole Foods, it's easy to spend time there whether you're grabbing groceries, meeting friends for lunch, or just grabbing a coffee. What I personally like most is the variety of food and retail options and that it doesn't feel like just another strip mall -- it's got a little bit of atmosphere to it. Many of the eateries have good food, and the plaza feels more like a place to hang out, stroll, or make a whole afternoon out of your visit. The reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is parking and crowding. At peak times, the parking can get really tight, and sometimes spots fill up before you even get close to the shops. That can be annoying if you're just trying to pop in for something quick. Overall -- a pleasant, well‑designed place with good food and shopping options that's worth visiting, just be ready for a bit of parking hustle during busy hours.
