I just want to review again because I love this place so much. They used to be in a different location that I had been going to for around 6 years to see Eric and Li. Diana is my main lady here but I still love Li and Eric and still have them as my therapist regularly. I just want to be blunt, especially since everyone wants to be so "woke" and liberal now a days. These people make $25 foot massage $45 body massage. Just like anywhere else the house takes a huge cut. They are lucky to get 4-5 people each, each day. Some days they get 1-2 people each. If you go to a spa, this massage would be $80+ an hour and they don't do just foot massages. Yes, you are not at a fancy spa, but you and I both know that's why you came here. If you can't tip more than $10 you're cheap, you can't afford to get a massage, so don't. Servers get pissed when they don't get tipped, I was one of them, all my bills depended on them. Since all of my lovely people here don't work at a fancy expensive spa, they depend on your tips. Be kind. Be realistic. Just tip, and be happy to know it's really helping them after they just rubbed our disgusting feet and bodies because they aren't our boyfriends or girlfriends for an hour. Had a rough end of the year. Came here to de-stress and get a load off my back, literally. Was able to book an appointment same day on a Friday and was forever grateful. These tiny women have so much power. I have a low threshold so after telling my masseuse to be a bit lighter I was totally zen afterwards. Very clean and spacious place. Good pricing for one hour, I tipped generously because it was that good. I will try the half body half feet next time because I got the full body but she probably only spent like two minutes on my feet. Overall a good place and they give you tea afterwards. Pleasantly surprised by this place. I have gone to its previous establishment, Thousand Miles Massage, and don't remember it being this good. My last massage was in January 2020, and unfortunately was also when my favorite spot, Massage on Colima in Rowland, closed down. The past year and two months of 2021 have been rough on me, and even massage devices I bought from Amazon have not given me enough relief. I was lucky to be able to finish work early today and came in mid-afternoon, with an appointment made ahead of time. The lady in front checks your temperature first, and you actually pay first before going into get your massage (you tip afterwards). The guy who worked on me was Li, and did a very thorough job. Staff wear masks, and I believe they limit occupancy per room (I'm guessing, but also am lucky because I came on a weekday afternoon, so my room with two beds was only occupied by me and the masseur). Great place, and would highly recommend. Hopefully my visits in the future will be just as good as this first one. read more

Great massages aren't supposed to feel nice, they're gonna hurt because you want those knots out of your body. But it's worth in the end when you feel like a million bucks after walking out of here! This is the second time I've tried this spot. The first time surprised me because the place is actually a lot bigger inside than it looks out front. I treated my boyfriend to a couples massage, and we both got a great body and foot massage. We asked for a deep tissue massage and I still feel a little sore the next day. Finally, my muscles are relaxed and not tense. You can request the level of pressure that you want. Both times I went, the facilitiy was nice and clean. First time I came here with my girlfriend, we got massages from two ladies and it felt amazing. We were more than happy to leave over a 20% tip for each of them. Second time we came, we got massages from two men and they were not great at all. The man massaging me kept rubbing my body instead of actually massaging me and kept digging his hands and elbows into my bones. I left the room feeling more soreness and pain on my back than before I stepped in. We didn't want to make a complaint against them and decided to leave a 12% tip for each just out of courtesy. But once I handed the man at the front desk the tip and asked him to split it between the two masseurs, he laughed and told the other employees how much of a tip I decided to give. There were about 3-4 of them that gathered around us and demanded more. They said we need to tip at least $10 for each masseur when there was not a mandatory tip listed anywhere on their service rates. Tipping is not required or mandatory but if it is, you should list it on your service rates instead of rudely demanding more when the service was below satisfactory. We were considering coming back and requesting the two ladies again to give this place another chance but after what happened, we are never coming back here. If you decide to give them to chance, be prepared to give a minimum $10 tip, regardless of whether or not you were happy with your massage. read more

Came here Thursday 1/12 at 1 pm for a full body massage. I called and made an appointment earlier in the morning when they first opened. Luis greeted me right away in the lobby and showed me to the room I'd be in. Luis spent a lot of time working on the knots in my upper back/neck area throughout the massage, which was definitely needed as tend to be at my desk for hours or working out. He massaged both the back and front of me and my head too, which I really appreciated as I've been to other massage places for a full body who only massaged the back of me. The hot stones were so relaxing and the pressure throughout the massage was just right. Overall, the massage was amazing and the facility is very clean. My usual go to foot massage place closed down after covid so recently I started coming here. And so far I've only come in for foot massage. The place is clean. The chairs are comfortable. The ladies are pleasant. My only problem is when you pay, they sometimes automatically assume that they get to keep the change as their tip. You literally stand there waiting for your change and they just stand there staring at you like "what are you waiting for?" Like I really don't wanna give you a $10 tip for a $30 foot massage. I've been to Imperial Massage three times so far (60-minute body massages all three times + 30-minute foot massage once). Each time was with a different masseuse (twice with females, once with a male). I've had an excellent experience every time, even when I've been a walk-in. They've even stepped on my back, as per my request (ashiatsu). I've brought multiple members of my family to this place as well (they too have been to many massage centers), and they've all been impressed. This is now my go-to place for massages.
