While it's a bit confusing to find the entrance, well-placed signs led me to the right place. The staff are patient and extremely friendly. The girl who helped me paid great attention to detail and made sure my items came out exactly the way they were supposed to. I didn't have my items on a USB but I was able to email the files to her from my laptop & smartphone. I can't speak for the variety of stock they carry, but they had exactly what I was looking for for my particular project, and the price was much better than any other shop I've used before. I will definitely be coming back to Captain Printworks from now on for all my printing stuff. Captain Printworks to the rescue! (they really need some kind of mascot with a cape!) TIP: Don't look for the building address when walking along Yonge St., enter from Charles instead. If TTC'ing: take subway to Bloor-Yonge station... walk South on Yonge... turn West (right) on Charles... the shop is on the North (right) side of the street.

By mid-day, my colleagues confirmed receipt of the documents. I would happily recommend and work with Ramy again.

It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.
