Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-person when I had to make my final selections. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had and the final product was perfect as well. Visiting the office to see the product showcase is pretty cool too. I ordered a beautiful wooden canoe paddle and wanted the gift-receivers name engraved on the bottom. I popped in with the paddle, told them my vision and it was perfect and ready for pickup within a week. About three days after dropping it off, they sent me a few options to choose from, and it looked *exactly* like the one I chose. The other staff are friendly, sincere in their interactions, helpful and really kind about explaining the processes even though it's a busy place. The first job I brought here was done perfectly. I was also grateful that they were willing to take a small job. The second job got kind of messed up. Delivery of the end product was late and I ended having to hand cut everything because the precision wasn't there. There was also a lot of waste of the material. The owner didn't really seem to care about that and I didn't want to get into it with him.
