I can't say enough good things about Tim. I used him for my very expensive antique rug years ago,…read moreand after my beloved frenchie, Lulu, passed, I decided to get all the ruggables cleaned. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%

I called them on a Thursday and they were in the house the following Tuesday sanding away and prepping the floors to be re-finished! We did the work of taring out the junky carpet, pulling the tack strips and staples out of the floor, but I'm sure they would be willing to do that work as well with an additional cost. They completed the job in 3 days and the house was ready to be walked on by the weekend which was great for us since we were still in the process of painting and working the house to prep it for moving in. They completed two coats of the oil-based varnish with a Satin finish on our floors and they appear quite protected. If you prefer a shinier look then go with the Semi-gloss. I personally prefer the duller and more natural look so I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend using All-Care Carpet & Floor for you next flooring project. They are affordable and efficient! Joe is kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him for future flooring needs!
