The staff was very helpful and friendly over the phone to find the right stylist for me to book with, and even got me into an opening that happened to open up the next day. I texted with Rebecca, the stylist I would be seeing, and she was straight forward and easy to communicate with. When I got to the salon, it got even better. Rebecca is so nice, and it was clear she knows what she's doing with hair, specifically with blonde coloring and cuts. We had a brief consultation to discuss more in detail what had been discussed over text. She understood exactly what I wanted, gave me a break down of her plan, and confirmed again the price and time frame, both of which were very reasonable. She offered me something to drink as she got things ready with the color. Throughout the appointment, she was asking me questions to get to know me, seemed genuinely interested, and seemed like a friend. It was clear she not only is good at her work, but she enjoys it. My hair was done pretty close to the time frame she gave initially, and it was a reasonable time frame for what we were doing. And very important- my hair is AMAZING! She did exactly what I asked. I am so happy with it! But even so, she made sure I knew she wanted me to love my hair, so to let her know if after living in it I needed anything to be adjusted. I mean come on, what more could you ask for- perfect hair, and made sure I felt I could reach out with adjustments if needed- which brings extra peace of mind. When we finished everything, she gave me a hug and still seemed genuinely happy. She had another appointment right after, but did not make me feel brushed off even to the end of the experience.
