The Notary Seal

For the record, I am writing this review voluntarily. Anything I write has not been exaggerated to…read moreany extent or coerced by any means. The Notary Seal has proven to be a highly professional and qualified notary and apostille service that delivers on everything they claim to be. Their website makes the claim that they offer the "#1 Certified and Reliable Notary services in Fredericksburg, VA and Nationwide" (https://thenotaryseal.com/). Furthermore, they state on their website that, "[w]e provide professional notary services to ensure your documents are legally verified and properly executed" (https://thenotaryseal.com/). My experience with them recently tells me that they are trustworthy, offering high quality services where no other business is able to. Back in September of 2025, my fiancé and I had set our wedding date for December 26, 2025. In order to get married, I was required to provide two apostilled documents: (1) No Record of Marriage Certificate and a (2) No Record Certificate from New York State. These documents arrive to the Department of State on October 4th. I made an online inquiry as to their status on 11/14/25. To this date, more than two months later from the date these documents arrived, I have neither received them back, nor heard back concerning their status. When I thought I had done all I could to get my documents apostilled, I gave up, and started accepting what I thought was only reasonable to accept-- that I would not get married on December 26th. But my fiancé encouraged me to try to find another way to get these documents. All this time, I had been avoiding going through an apostille agency for economic reasons.  I called a local apostille business to get estimates for an expedited apostille process. The UPS Store and another agency that provides services to New York City both quoted me for at least a 2-3 week wait at a high cost. The business in NYC told me that because I was not a local, they could not provide me with an expedited 2-3 day service, as their website boldly stated with no qualifications. On 12/04/25, I called The Notary Seal. I first spoke with a kind female rep who had me fill out a quick form to get an estimate. That evening the CEO called me to understand my situation better. I explained everything to him over the phone. I told him that I was on a budget but needed their services. He told me that their was a way to get the apostilles I needed in time for my deadline (13-15 days before the wedding-- when the docs were supposed to reach their international address). He offered me an excellent discount, and provided a pricing estimate the next morning. He explained that if we acted fast, it was possible for the documents to reach their destination by Thursday 12/11/25 (today). Because he was not aware that I was sending them to a foreign address, he estimated their arrival for 12/11. Regardless, they arrived to their final "FedEx destination facility" as of this morning. Suffice it to say, The Notary Seal has more than delivered on their promises. My documents were supposed to arrive to my home today, but instead, they arrived to their final destination by the originally estimated date. The Notary Seal comes highly recommended by me. If you have need for quick, efficient, and comprehensively amazing services; if you prefer personable, understanding service representatives; if you find yourself in the same position as I was in, I have the confidence that The Notary Seal can work with you to get you what you need, and in a timely manner.

I was beyond impressed with Brighthouse Cleaners from start to finish! Communication was constant,…read morepricing was fair, and I still can't get over what a wonderful job they did cleaning my house! Thank you, thank you! Something they also did that impressed me- my 6 year old's room was a disaster. I didn't know what to expect, but I came home to all her stuffed animals neatly arranged on her bed and I thought it was such a sweet touch! If we weren't moving so soon, I'd absolutely hire them again!

We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her…read moreservice and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

That brings down the rating for the other therapists there, which is a real shame. One of the therapists here, Debbie Jockin, is BY FAR the absolute best and most effective mental health counselor in the area. She is the *only* one I've found here who is trained to practice the CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) "modality" (method of treatment). That makes all the difference. Every other counselor our family members have seen over the years have just seemed like talking to a sympathetic friend. This made us feel better very short term, and which could continue for years with little permanent improvement. Almost none of the counselors never mentioned or advertised that they use any specific proven psychological methods / modalities. Wikipedia and other sites have good summaries of what CBT is. It's a specific method of retraining your brain to stop unpleasant negative thoughts and moods. It really worked, and fast. I was able to stop going after just 5 sessions. Also, with CBT, you can continue doing the CBT exercise yourself at home for free, using free apps and worksheets, and it helps you address new problems. With the usual talking therapy, you have to wait for an appointment and pay to go back in to be seen. Debbie is also very nice, supportive, flexible, and insightful. She does other types of therapy methods too. Her listings mentioned Christian Therapy. I was nervous that might mean she wouldn't be very compatible with some family members who are something other than Christian, but it never came up. Our various family members have seen literally dozens of counselors over the years. I think we've seen practically every counselor in the Fredericksburg area who gets good reviews and is accepting new patients.

I had a real struggle trying to find counseling services for my 14 year old daughter. Debbie Jockin was recommended to me through a friend. She got my daughter in within a few weeks, where other places were quoting a several month wait. Debbie communicated with me, and my child at each visit. We discussed issues and goals, and I began to notice how the services were benefiting my child early in the treatment. Debbie not only uses conversation in the sessions but also utilizes helpful exercises to improve things such as active listening and maneuvering through moral dilemmas. Insurance/billing was communicated with the office manager Jen, who was always great, and got everything done in a timely manner. Overall, the experience with Behavioral Healthcare of Fredericksburg has been very positive, and I recommend this office to anyone with an adolescent who is in need of mental health services.
