As a first-time owner of a Winnebago Class B RV Sprinter van, I had zero knowledge about suspension systems and no idea how to address the challenges that come with adding roughly 5,000 lbs to a factory cargo van. It completely changes the driving experience--and the stock suspension simply isn't designed for it. The van struggled in crosswinds and felt unstable and bouncy at both low and high speeds, with very little control. Jake was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous--but what stood out most was his patience. He took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and guide me toward the right suspension setup for my specific needs. A) that is a long time to have a car so they must be doing something right & b) I am the worst driver so that is a really long time to have a car. The car keeps running because I have the best Porsche mechanics ever. Eisenbud's is honest shop with high quality work at bargain (it is a Porsche, mind you!) prices. Yes, if you are impatient... this is not the place for you. It can take awhile to get an appointment (which I don't mind) but I find the wait worth it.

I found out he was fiddling with my air/fuel mix. My car drove perfect before I brought it to him (with the exception of the boost issue). The CIS system is finicky to begin with and still is not right even after multiple visits back to Eisenbud as well as to another shop to figure out what the cranky old guy did to my car. Their customer service is excellent - everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They quickly and professionally helped me get the proper clearance for my oversized tires (315/70R17) after the shop that installed my suspension wasn't able to do so and two other shops declined to even try. Ian, the tech who did the work, even suggested we go out for a test drive together before I left to be sure I was happy with the work. Oh, and the CEO was super nice and helped me get a charging cord for my Mac when my battery ran out of juice. This is simply a best-in-class organization.

From steering issues to electrical the van has never driven the same since we took to it TOURIG. I would look elsewhere for getting anything installed on a new vehicle. TOURIG's response to my issues was $600 in credit on labor for future projects. That to me is poor customer service.
