If you are looking for a quick answer to see if you should use Rise Mortgage & Real Estate and…read moredon't want to read through paragraphs the short answer is. YES USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! YOU ARE IN GREAT & HONEST HANDS! I had the pleasure of working with Gus & Rita and they were phenomenal. I am a new home owner and have always heard of all the horror stories and headaches that come with buying a home. Let me tell you I had quite the opposite experience. Not only was the experience great and fun but they were so communicative, respectful and just fun to work with! My lady and I met with them at the office and they interviewed us to see what we were looking for specifically and what we did and didn't want for our home. Once we got that out of the way Rita was quick to send me home listings and any new upcoming listings. I kid you not if I didn't reply in a timely manner she'd give me a call to follow up and ensure I saw the listings and what I thought about the property, and when I was free to go check the property out. She worked with my schedule and was ready whenever I needed her. I'd send her a couple listings I was interested in and within 30min - 1hr she'd give me a call with all the details of the home, specs, what the offers were etc... She was always quick and always did her homework. Rita was on her A-GAME and she was all about helping us. Rita and Gus were in no way pushy or trying to get me out of my budget and get a bigger home. None of that! They respected where I wanted to stay even though we were approved for way more! Gus was great to work with as well his charisma and attitude were always great. Gus is a great guy with a great heart who just wants to help people build their empire. Gus has been in the industry for way too long and has seen it all. I can honestly say I had a genuine relationship with Gus and Rita and they treated us like family. We felt like we were getting great guidance and advice from that one successful tio and tia everyone has in their family! We really appreciate Gus and Rita and Rise Mortgage & Real Estate for giving us a great experience with our new home. I highly recommend them and just know if you go with them you are in great hands!

To be fair, my property manager (Jason Gasca) is a very nice person and means well…read more However, when confronted with a difficult tenant (like mine), he and Progressive fell far short on resolving issues and returning my calls and texts. These are the times that you need strong representation, which I did not receive. My property was rented below market value. When I increased the rent in Oct 2025, the renters refused to pay it through the end of his stay in February 2026. Jason and Progressive did nothing to resolve this issue and I never received the additional rent. The tenant short paid his last month by $4000 and stated that his security deposit would be used for the balance. Clearly, this is not what the security deposit is for. Again, Jason did nothing to address this issue, which was in violation of the contract. The tenant told Jason that the house was clean and undamaged. He requested that Jason meet him to walk the property but Jason did not show up. Jason said that he visited the house later and that it was clean and in great condition, other than some worn carpet areas. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had damaged wood floors, a large hole in one room's wall that had been poorly patched, the stove was dirty, the microwave controls were broken, and most of the carpet was permanently stained. All this damage costs me several thousand dollars to repair. Again, Jason did nothing to address this issue. I received clear evidence that the tenant was subletting rooms in my house. To this day, I still receive their mail. I showed Jason proof of this contract violation and he did nothing other than asking the tenant, who of course denied it. Jason never investigated it further. When I did have issues, Jason did not respond to my texts and calls for weeks. He only responded after repeated attempts. Given all this, I would never recommend Jason or Progressive to anyone.
