I'd send her a couple listings I was interested in and within 30min - 1hr she'd give me a call with all the details of the home, specs, what the offers were etc... She was always quick and always did her homework. Rita was on her A-GAME and she was all about helping us. Rita and Gus were in no way pushy or trying to get me out of my budget and get a bigger home. None of that! They respected where I wanted to stay even though we were approved for way more! Gus was great to work with as well his charisma and attitude were always great. Gus is a great guy with a great heart who just wants to help people build their empire. Gus has been in the industry for way too long and has seen it all. I can honestly say I had a genuine relationship with Gus and Rita and they treated us like family. We felt like we were getting great guidance and advice from that one successful tio and tia everyone has in their family! We really appreciate Gus and Rita and Rise Mortgage & Real Estate for giving us a great experience with our new home.
