Was told what I really needed was a much smaller repair, at a fraction of the price. Jay could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance on the matter in order to make more profit for himself, but instead he chose to be honest and save me money. In addition, he went above and beyond by including an extra item that I asked him to look at mid-job, and my price tag was still one fifth what I was originally expecting it to be. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for vehicle maintenance. Thanks Jay!!

My car is a Mitsubishi Endeavor 2007 so when my brakes did not work properly I request to Jay an estimation for rear and front brakes they answer to me and I made an appointment. Shortly after I left the car to the shop Jay called me with a good news you have left on your car about 2 years so is not a time to replace them. Honestly I was shocked by Jay's honesty and I ask him to check the brake fluid or some leaks somewhere and he replaced the fluid and charge me labour for one hour. So far so good the car is ok now and I want to thank to Jay and Andreea for their nice job.

Great place for people who like to work on their own cars…read more I lead a very busy life, so I tend to do my own oil changes, since it's easy just to buy what I need, head over to U-Wrench and rent one of their lifts for the hour. It's much better than paying an over-priced mechanic!

U-Wrench was a hidden gem when I had 2 tires with punctures. I spoke with Andre on the phone and he…read moresaid he could fix them that day. They were not on the SUV. I still had my winters on. Andre took the tires off the rim and professionally patched both. He charged around $25 or $30 to fix both (not each). Fast forward a year and I went in to U-Wrench with 4 all season tires on rims. I was replacing the worn tires with used tires I found on Kijiji. Andre charged me $40 to unmount the old tires, mount the used tires on the rim and balance them. I have no issue with paying a pro $40 to do an expert job. The issue I had is the $63 that I was charged by U-Wrench. That price was $10/tire for balancing, $2/tire unmounting, $2/tire mounting and probably fees and taxes. That is $103 to changeover the tires. This did not include putting the tires on my SUV. If I wanted that it would have been another $50. Instead of paying the $50 I went home and swapped them out in my garage. That took 20 minutes. My point is that $153 to change out tires is not competitive. My Wife paid $80 to replace the tires on her SUV. Lesson learned.
