A business like this, run by these kind of people means you get to go about your business with confidence, knowing that the problem you had, will not be a problem afterwards. Anything spent here, is money wisely invested, in not only your vehicle's safety, but your own ease of mind. Even waiting in the waiting area is an easy thing to do. You can relax there, knowing that when you leave, there is one thing less on your plate that you have to worry about. I'm not about refuting anybody else's rating.. but I can guarantee that nothing is ever done to the vehicle without the owner's explicit consent; and is WITH the owner being advised up front if a suggested service comes with a fee. If they can't help you, they will tell you up front.. and if they can help you, you can be confident the job will be done right the first time.

Stop by a few days later to test drive, was told it was in for service. I just told them I'd be back on the weekend to test drive. I came back on Sat. to test drive, Loved it, put money down. Stop by a few days later to purchase it. When I got it home I notice the tires were low, the next day I stopped by LPM to ask if it was serviced. I was told it was. So I decided to change the air filter just to see if they did. I found a family of mice were living in the air box. Next day I stop by LPM to show them the pics of the mouse house and to ask if they were sure the bike was serviced, and I was told it was. Sounds like they'll tell you what ever you want to hear to make a buck, they'll never see my bike again.

Shortly after buying the vehicle, it was involved in an accident caused entirely by another driver, and I brought it to Hesser's collision department for repairs. Communication and initial thoroughness were lacking. I had to follow up a week after dropping off the vehicle just to receive the initial estimate, which overlooked visible damage to a scuffed rim. Furthermore, because the car had only approximately 250 miles, I explicitly requested new OEM parts to restore it to factory condition. Instead of advocating for OEM components, the service team pushed to use aftermarket or used parts to align with the insurance adjuster's preferences. I expected a much higher level of customer advocacy from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle brand new. Due to these service and quality concerns, I can't recommend this place to anyone.
