So, rather than do that, I'll summarize some key points: The owner is courteous, seems to genuinely care, but more than that is a salesman. The pitch you get when shopping isn't quite what you see after you buy. The internal office staff is outstanding, and I give them credit for hanging in and doing what is surely a very difficult job. The quality of the actual caregivers (referring here to non-skilled nursing) can be broken down into a few categories: Those who truly care and do their very best: 20%. Those who get the job done, no more, and perhaps some less: 40%. Those who clearly prefer NOT to work, lose house keys, can't work a door lock, call out, I'm need to leave early, or who'd be better off picking the seeds out of strawberries for a living: 40%. This company exists (in my opinion) because: They're better than nothing (on a good day). In closing, too many companies mistakenly believe that they're good, simply because they're better than the worst. That's a shame, but I believe it to be true. The old adage "If you want something done right, do it yourself" really applies to this service, and most every other service out there now. If you can't do it yourself, I suggest you think long and hard (if time allows) when you choose a care provider. And, for what it's worth, if you read this far, keep looking at other agencies. She responded that she never heard such a name, but after I left, she immediately called that caretaker to "warn" her, instead of making sure that the agency does not cover up for caretaker who neglect their patients. This is not only unethical, but this behavior undermines the trust with this agency.

They are compassionate.They are understanding. They find amazing home health aides to take care of their patients. The aides take care of their patients like they are family. I can't recommend this agency enough. It's amazing and it has helped us keep our grandparents home for over 5 years.
