Hired these guys in January to fix a floor joist and correct a complicated drainage setup by…read moreinstalling a trench drain and rerouting downspouts. Floor joist repair was and still is good. The drainage correction however... asphalt used to close up cut up drive way sinks when stepped on, drive way is still open from rerouting a downspout, pipe isn't even deep enough to be sealed up and driven on, found soil sinking on one end of the trench drain... once the soil had sunk enough, I saw that the pipe going from the drain to the yard wasn't even connected! Soil is being washed out from underneath the sidewalk in front of my garage in several spots... I'm scared to even think about what is going on under the concrete put in to direct water to the other end of the drain. Could not get a hold of the company for a while... once the weather changed and we started having nice days, I was told they would come out and repair finish the downspout routing, and look at the asphalt... I asked for a plan for finishing the routing, as I have been told by several other contractors that it wasn't deep enough... they weren't even out here to look at that, it just got their attention. All I was told is the next nice day is mine. It rained... I was told another day... it rained that day... haven't heard from them since... I understand the positive reviews. They did a great job on the floor joist repair. However, they displayed a lot of confidence doing a job that they probably shouldn't have said they can do... I can't seem to find anyone who is able to fix this now... I want my garage back...
